場所は抜群によくいいホテルです。このホテルからヒースローに行くならビクトリア駅からパディントンまでバス移動をお勧めします（地下鉄は階段しかないので）。シングルですが部屋がとても広いです。他のホテルと比べてコストパフォーマンスはよいです。 Do not disturb の札を下げないとメイドが30分起きに部屋を掃除しようときます。さらに平日の午後に普通のホテルスタッフまで「部屋がちゃんと掃除されているかチェックします」と訪ねてきたりと、ちょっと落ち着かないこともありました。 |

Staff are truly friendly even the little banter at checking in was good.Close to all ameneties and even though the main road outside did not disturb us at all. |

all the staff were very helpful and polite.the waiter at breakfast remembered what we had ordered on the first morning and asked if we would like the same the next morning ! Breakfast food was excellent for choice including an organic range and also dishes to cooked order Very expensive food & drink in the bar |

The hotel breakfast The TV was small and had only 3-4 stations. Internet use was difficult to oparate and verry expensive, the floor are old and make a sound as you walk on them |

The friendly and polite staff contributed to a good atmosphere. The bed sheets were very soft and the bed comfortable. The lounge, bar and breakfast room were comfortable and in general, the decor was in good order. |

We liked the decor, modern mixed with interesting antique pictures and ornaments. We thought the staff were all wonderful, great personality, helpful and polite. The breakfast was fantastic, better than we have experienced in the top 5* hotels in the UK. They were happy to serve us food from the menu in the lounge bar after 11.00pm on a Sunday night. |

The concierges were fantastic - very helpful and friendly - they couldn't do enough for us. The food was very nice too. London is way too expensive and the Hotel rates are too but that is not the fault of the hotel. |
