Veldig sentralt, kort veg til Buckingham Palace og andre severdigheter. God standard på restaurant og rom, litt trangt på rommet med en enorm seng som tok veldig mye av plassen (King Room). God mottagelse og oppfølging av personalet. Personalet kunne hatt bedre kunnskaper om aktuelle hendelser i byen og transport til og fra flyplassen. |

Hyggelig personale. Vi hadde bestillt suite, den var på størrelse med et enkeltrom. Det er løyn å kalle det for suite. Trangt og slitt. Ikke etter pris og forventning. |

Room was clean and comfortable. very close to Victoria Poor view. tea and coffee supplies not refreshed at end of day, small touches that disappointed. |

Good breakfast Good shower No soap in the room. An overpowering smell of vinegar downstairs - could not wait to get outside for some air. |

I loved the staff - very helpful and so friendly. The room was beautiful. The bathroom was super - the night light, the great shower - super! The location near the Palace and Victoria Station, busses for local travel, etc. made it a great place to stay. No - it was great. |

The friendly and helpful Philipino waiters n waitresses n Dave, n Nathan,n Preb,the Irish n the Polish staff Katie at the counter were so welcoming..a good international working staff... the fire alarm at 5 am |

location and personal service, comfortable beds The room 423 had residue cigar smoke, The glass shield at the tub leaked . The flow under the glass flooded the floor. I fear that moisture could leak to lower levels and cause mold. |

It was well located and convenient. The staff were very friendly. The room was small but clean and pleasant with a sunny outlook. A small comment here about the bathroom. The bath tub was very high which would probably making getting in and out difficult for some customers. Nevertheless it was all nicely appointed and comfortable. |

Convenient location, very helpful staff and very friendly. Room was clean (we are sticklers for cleanliness) and the bed was very comfortable. We were treated very well at check in including an opportunity to check our room and another (upgrade) in advance and allowed to check in before noon as we had arrived on an overnight flight from Canada. |

Staff quality throughout the entire hotel was of the highest calibre. Our every need was attended to on request with willingness and great charm. A triumph of service to guests. Despite your advertising which implied that rooms were spacious, for an expensive luxury room (Ours was 411) ours was suprisingly cramped. |

Upgraded to a suite, which was very spcaious. Like the fact that there was a docking station for ipod and internet access. Also appreciated the dressing gowns. |
