The staff were wonderful; very cheerful and happy to help whatever you wanted. Our room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the dinner we had was really good too. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Our room was a little small, but more than made up for by everything else. |

Rubens is old quality where service is paramount. We were spoilt with attention and staff impeccibly well groomed and professional. As mentioned, the room was not value for money due to it's size. |

The close proximity to victoria station was very handy. The breakfast was very good and the bar had a lovely calm atmosphere. The decor of the room was gaudy. There were far too many blue and white stripes, matching quilt, chairs etc.The room was small and cramped. There was a musty smell in the room also. |

This hotel was very comfortable. The bar is open 24 hours for guests and the room, though small, was very well appointed. The location was excellent with 1 block access to Victoria station and many restaurants and pubs close by. |

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were dealt with very courteously when we asked for a room change due to a previous customer having smoked in the room before. No, it was very good. |

Location was very convenient. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Room was a little stuffy, so the air conditioner was in constant use. Free Wireless Internet Connection would be very attractive to business travellers. I travel frequently and in many locations this is provided FOC.....and often determines whether I will stay at that particular hotel. |
