all the staff were very helpful and polite.the waiter at breakfast remembered what we had ordered on the first morning and asked if we would like the same the next morning ! Breakfast food was excellent for choice including an organic range and also dishes to cooked order Very expensive food & drink in the bar |

The hotel breakfast The TV was small and had only 3-4 stations. Internet use was difficult to oparate and verry expensive, the floor are old and make a sound as you walk on them |

beds really comfy and every where was really clean pull out bed for my daughter had slats missing ended up putting mattress on the floor |

The friendly and polite staff contributed to a good atmosphere. The bed sheets were very soft and the bed comfortable. The lounge, bar and breakfast room were comfortable and in general, the decor was in good order. |

Have stayed before and everything was excellent, particularly the meal in the library restaurant. The upgraded room this time was a great bonus. We will stay again. |

We liked the decor, modern mixed with interesting antique pictures and ornaments. We thought the staff were all wonderful, great personality, helpful and polite. The breakfast was fantastic, better than we have experienced in the top 5* hotels in the UK. They were happy to serve us food from the menu in the lounge bar after 11.00pm on a Sunday night. |
