all the staff were very helpful and polite.the waiter at breakfast remembered what we had ordered on the first morning and asked if we would like the same the next morning ! beds really comfy and every where was really clean pull out bed for my daughter had slats missing ended up putting mattress on the floor |

The friendly and polite staff contributed to a good atmosphere. The bed sheets were very soft and the bed comfortable. The lounge, bar and breakfast room were comfortable and in general, the decor was in good order. |

We liked the decor, modern mixed with interesting antique pictures and ornaments. We thought the staff were all wonderful, great personality, helpful and polite. The breakfast was fantastic, better than we have experienced in the top 5* hotels in the UK. They were happy to serve us food from the menu in the lounge bar after 11.00pm on a Sunday night. |

The concierges were fantastic - very helpful and friendly - they couldn't do enough for us. The food was very nice too. London is way too expensive and the Hotel rates are too but that is not the fault of the hotel. |

The staff were wonderful; very cheerful and happy to help whatever you wanted. Our room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the dinner we had was really good too. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Our room was a little small, but more than made up for by everything else. |
