Location is very good, staff were very friendly, not the cheapest hotel but you get what you pay for ; perhaps a little "rich".

Room was clean and comfortable. very close to Victoria

Poor view. tea and coffee supplies not refreshed at end of day, small touches that disappointed.

I loved the staff - very helpful and so friendly. The room was beautiful. The bathroom was super - the night light, the great shower - super! The location near the Palace and Victoria Station, busses for local travel, etc. made it a great place to stay.

The room 423 had residue cigar smoke, The glass shield at the tub leaked . The flow under the glass flooded the floor. I fear that moisture could leak to lower levels and cause mold.

Quality staff, comfortable rooms, great location

Staff quality throughout the entire hotel was of the highest calibre. Our every need was attended to on request with willingness and great charm. A triumph of service to guests.

Despite your advertising which implied that rooms were spacious, for an expensive luxury room (Ours was 411) ours was suprisingly cramped.

Services at teh reception desk: A Third Party Payment form had been filled in and it specified the payment of room, including breakfast. So all expenses should have been charged from the third party's credit card. Still, at checkout, the guests were charged at the reception for breakfast.
