Rent, God beliggenhed (især for Paddington station), Elevator, En ok morgenmad med i prisen, tænker på miljøet uden det er til gene for gæsterne (Eks. når man forlader værelset og fjerner sit nøglekort fra sin holder, slukkes alt strøm på værelset). (Boede 2 voksende, en på 6 år og en på 1 år på 3 pers. værelse. Gik fint). Vi har boet mange gange på hotel i London dette var det bedste.

Selvom der er elevator slipper man ikke helt for trapper, Bad toilet lidt små men kan bruges uden ubehag (Jeg er en stor mand og kunne sagtens bruge det) Værelserne er ikke for store men hvis man bare skal bruge dem til overnatning og ophold i kortere tid af gangen er de fine (Især efter London standart)

It had style a modern approach making good use of limited space.First impressions were deceiving as it turned out to be a very comfortable place to stay although space was limited.

The hotel was conveniently located for people arriving/leaving London by air and using Heathrow Express. It was clean and the breakfast was good. Checkin was fast and easy.

The room was very small (but not unusual in London). The main criticism is the standard of the linen - the towels were old and threadbare.

It's a striking, stimulating, artistically designed place.

Location and staff were extrememly friendly.

Very conveniently located

My room ?107 was very near the lobby and there was alot of noise outside my door at 4.30am. I would recommend the hotel but not downstairs near the lobby. It would be good if there could be perhaps some minimal breakfast earlier than 7am

Cheaper for London. Location is excellent too. It well connected to city centre via bus (cheaper) and tube. Rooms are small. Bath-room is without window and it smells humid a bit. Breakfast is good.

It was handy to Paddington station, bars and other amenities. Staff were sound.

Stayed in room 105 and to honest it is smaller than my ensuite at room. I could actually touch all 4 wallls while standing in the middle of the room. Asked for a room change even for 1 night but to no avail.

Being this modernistic style, with the materials they used it was clean I.E. no 50 year old carpet, no damp peeling walls. Plus the breakfast was better than the other similar priced hotels I've been to.

Reception area is nothing like the photos in terms of proportion. Reception staff seemed naturally grumpy.
