The staff were very pleasant right from the check in till check out. They were accommodating and helpful in our requests. Even the morning breakfast serving staff were pleasant and helpful. Yes it would be nice if the hotel rooms was air conditioned as during the summer months it can be quite warm and noisy. Our request for a fan helped ease the discomfort. |

It was very convenient for central London at a low price (for London). For the low price and location the size of the room (I was one person in a single room) was acceptable. The room and especially the bathroom was very small but as I was looking for place to sleep and not relax this wasn't so bad. |

The breakfast was reasonable. The room was like a shoe box, it was hot and stuffy, the bathroom was like a portable toilet, it was very expensive for what you got. We considered leaving after 1 night but only stayed as we had paid for the 2nd night in advance. |

The convenient location, close to Paddington Station and many restaurants. Beds were comfortable, sheets and bathroom were clean. We would like to thank man who was attending to the front desk - he was most helpful and pleasant. |

The location of the hotel is good, services were OK. It does have style in the room, although a bit small. Staff were not stable as usually is in hotel as we saw at least 5 different people at the reception. The router during are whole stay at the hotel was out of service which is really bad and hope this is not a permanent thing. |

The hotel was very well priced for a city centre stay in London. Situated approx 5 minutes away from Paddington, shops are both closeby and within easy reach elsewhere on the tube. Similar in style to the pod hotels that are popular in the Far East, the single room (which I stayed in) is small with small bathroom/shower. This was fine for me, but may not be fine for all. |

The room was tidy and the location was great. It was easy to use the tube. Our hotelroom was a stylosuite and it didn't fullfill our expectations. Suite was above the hotells bar so it was guite noisy. We had to use earpluggs so that we could sleap. The breakfast was simple but ok. |

Location. It is 5 mins walking distance to tube station and 10 min to Hyde park. Staff: one of the reception staff is very friendly and helpful!! Rate: cheap rate Room size. The double room is even smaller than I expected. Too small to be comfortable. The design of the theme "blue and metal" doesn't give you a warm feeling - too funky! |
