Good location, good room for London

it was bad cleaning one day

Excellent staff, clean, quiet rooms spacious enough (bigger than I had read in the reviews), breakfast good, the breakfast room was cosier than I had thought, location superb (within walking distance to Hyde Park, Oxford Str etc). Good value for money

Bathroom too small, but that's always an issue in London, even in some of the higher-priced hotels

Excellent reception staff Good, clean, equipped room, with natural venitilation, tea/coffee available in reception - representing value for money. Good breakfast choices for a budget style hotel

Steep stairs to fifth floor

Very convenient location.

Water pressure on 5th floor was very weak.

it was the worse hotel that I have been Honestly it was the waste of money you can find cheaper hotel than it which will be more and more confortable tah style hotel. This hotel is not suitable for family first of all everthing is small rooms, lift, bathroom ( planes bathroom are more bigger)

Good breakfast included. Great location for access to Paddington Station.

I was expecting a small room and it was SMALL. Still, OK for one traveler but not one with a big suitcase. It's smaller than any small hotel room I've stay in in Europe. Just set your expectations accordingly.

The staff was great! Very friendly and very helpful (we aaked them a lot of questions how to get to different places qnd they were willing to help all the time). The location is excellent- 5 min. Walk from Paddington Station. The room wasnt so big but more than enough for us. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others!

Bathroom is tiny

The hotel was excellent and its location was very near to Paddington . There was a good choice for breakfast. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would certainly stay there again and recommend the hotel to other people.

It would have been good to have tea/coffe making facilities in room, but there was tea and coffee available all the time near the reception.

Shower was tiny ... best suited for a child. Carpets were disgusting. We had to carry our own suitcases in and out of hotel. One of our rooms was on 5th floor and there was no lift, so had to carry suitcases up stairs.

The Staff were excellent

The room size was very small.We stayed at the Sheraton in Toronto. At a cheaper rate.The hotel rooms were very good and big at the Sheraton.

Staff were amazing and great with the children, very friendly and helpful. Extremely good location; close to the main train and tube stations.

Only one pillow on each bed, so had to ask for more. No other complaints.

The hotel was excellent value for money. Rooms very comfortable and a little different to the norm! Staff on the desk all very friendly plus breakfast very good big English or continental.

Location. Only 2 minutes walk from Paddington station. The area is nice too.

Rooms were very small. They look like a boat cabin. It's not a 3 star hotel for me.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Very clean and super friendly staff. Near to underground and good restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very nice, we got late to the Hotel and got the last room in the basement, but the following day we could change to an upper floor

Although included in the price breakfast was not possible to take at the Hotel. The breakfast room was small therefore not enough tables and lots of people running for the toast, coffee, juice etc...

Very comfortable, helpful staff. We had a triple room and it was large enough, and the bathroom, though small, worked. Good breakfast and the coffee & tea facilities in the hallway were nice as well.
