bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa recepcji pokój i łazienka nie były dostatecznie sprzątane (pod łożkami wogóle), w ciagu 5 dni pobytu nie wymieniono reczników, pościel była w kilku miejscach dziurawa, pokój i łazenka bardzo małe i ciasne, okno z widokiem na ścianę sąsiedniego budynku w odległości 2 metrów... |

The staff were lovely and it was set out very nicely for a budget hotel - the rooms were small, but very well thought out and very clean. Plus, the window opened!! Location was also excellent You could hear people moving around upstairs/through the corridors, but it's easily rectified with ear plugs |

Location. Tiny room, as expected, but an attempt was made to make it practical, though as others have said the decor was dated or just wierd. Others in the area have achieved better results from the same town house servants quarters! The smell from the shower / drains. I read other reviews and decided some rooms suffered and some did not - ours did, badly. For that reason alone I will not recommend or return. |

In a sense the stylishness became a negative...lighting awkward.

The staff were corteous and extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was great and my teenagers loved the modern and funky styling. The breakfast room was incredibly warm and could have done with some air conditioning and it was in completel silence and could have done with some background music. |

Location was excellent. Very close to the Heathrow Express and not far from the city. Good English breakfast served each morning. There was no air conditioning in the room. The room became suffocatingly hot while we stayed there. The bathroom was extremely small. |

The staff is friendly and courteous, the room are clean and with laminate floor and metal laminate in the walls what makes it ideal for people with asthma or rhynitis. The location is good with easy access by bus or tube. The breakfast is a nice English breakfast. The room is small for the price.The shower/wc is a small plastic cubicle like the ones from a large caravan, with unefficient exausting system. Large people would find it difficult to shower on the space provided. . |

When I was leaving there was my favourite moment. Yeah lots the smell of the toilet in the room was not plesant. The hotel manager keeping our money when we left two nights early and gave 48 hours notice was not fun. The rudeness of the staff. The cheapness of them to take our money. |
