The staff were very good and obliging at the hotel. However, found it very quiet and during dinner you could hear everyone else's conversation! I think the leisure facilities were mis-advertised and very disjointed being in separate locations. Also, the water pressure was so bad at this hotel you could not even run a bath! Based on the fact that many rooms are advertised with a roll top bath this was poor! |

The hotel was splendid, it felt like we had gone back in time to the victorian age. The staff were courteous, professional, friendly and their service was great. The room was comfortable and spacious and suited our needs. The meal was one of the finest we have ever experienced with decent portions, great presentation and exquisite flavours. Everything about Rudloe Hall was perfect. |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was well located, not too far from Bath and the grounds that the hotel was on was something out of a picture book. The restaurant was excellent serving top rate food. My stay in all was very enjoyable and would reccomend this hotel to someone who wants to experience the oldie worldie type of hotel. It needed a bit of a refurbishment. Even though they kept the old Victorian feel to the place, i feel it still needed a bit of a freshen up. |

The atmosphere was great! It was such a romantic setting with fabulous views. Staff were superb, as they were both efficient and friendly. The food was fabulous with every single item perfectly cooked. We will certainly return - lots! |

Staff were friendly and communal rooms were very cosy and comfortable. My shower didnt work, the water wasn't very hot and the radiators were switched to minimum so the room was cold. |
