Clean and tidy I was informed there was only a 3hr window to arrive at B&B (14:00-17:00) which limited my travel, yet the following day new people arrived at 10:00. Being watched and hanging around our table whilst eating breakfast, to rush us. The website information states that check out is at 10:30, so why did staff bang on my door at 09:45, telling me it was time to leave? I would not stay here again.

Very friendly owner and staff who made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Rooms were good and spacious and there was absolutely nothing to stop me recommending this to anyone as an ideal place to stay. I'll be back, that's for sure.

We had a warm welcome from Margaret The room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and a small fridge, double wardrobe & lots of draw space. Breakfast was cereal, fruit juice & your choice from full english with bread & butter followed by toast & jam or marmalade cooked to perfection.Tea or coffee both good. Just two minutes walk to beach. If you are not used to Yorkshire people the man serving breakfast first comes over a little abruptly, but his service is very good and he does actually have a good yorkshire sense of humour nothing is too much for him to help you in any way he can. The dining room was quite small, so if the hotel is full you need to book a time for breakfast.

From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. The rooms was clean with en suite toilet and shower. The fridge was a pleasant surprise. Maybe could have done with an ironing board in the wardrobe for that extra touch but I'm sure one would have been readily available is requested. Good breakfast and all round value for money. Thank you.

Friendly welcome. Near the beach and the local leisure centre. Breakfast a bit regimented - you have to decide the night before what you want to eat and the time you want to eat it. Room rather cramped and bathroom microscopic.

The single bed was a good comfortable bed which is not always the case. You could smell smoke in the room and on stairs
