Room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and breakfast adequate. No lift and quite a climb to room. Also some things were stolen from my luggage bag when I left it in the luggage hold area.

Perfect location (like 100 steps from Earl's Court tube station), amazingly nice staff, good decorated and furnished room - the hotel exceeded our expectations. The single negative point - there is no elevator in the hotel, so if your room is located on 3rd or 4th floor, you will need to cary it by stairs. For us it was not a minus since we were travelling with only hand luggage.

Located literally within a minute's walk from Earl's Court underground station, around the corner - very convenient. Rooms are of moderate size and cozy; the ceilings are amazingly high, making the room visually bigger. I had an antique table in my room which was very sweet. Breakfasts are very nice for a 3 star hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly.

It was ideally located and easy to find as only 300 meters or so from Earls Court Station. The rooms were of a good size and the bathroom well equipped and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great place to stay, thanks!! There was no lift, and although this didn't affect me, anyone with a large heavy suitcase might find navigating the staircase an issue. ( as there are a lot of stairs to the 3rd floor!)

I really enjoyed my stay at Rushmore Hotel. Its location is excellent - very close to Earl's Court Tube Station - and the rooms' furniture are pretty and very cosy.Reception staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good with fresh/toasted bread, marrmelade and jams,cheese,ham,coffee,milk..a good value! I am really satisfied with this hotel,I hope to come back again Just few tips - no complaints- to improve the quality of the service: Breakfast room was a little bit cold - probably because the heating was turned off throughout the night- and there's no lift, which it may be a problem if your room is located on the upper floors and you have a lot of suitcases.English traditional breakfast is not even mentioned, but it is often offered in 4* stars hotel with an extra charge so it's ok. Anyway those aspects are typical of litttle english hotels and the rooms are big for english standards-very good point.

The location to the tube station, quiet location in well maintained side road. Rooms reasonable size, clean but could have done with a few more decent sized bath towels. When we checked in asked for payment straight away would have liked to see the room first. On 3rd floor no lift so be aware when booking. Disappointing breakfast, cereal, bread jam and cheese, with some tired looking fruit some pastries would have a been nice and a selection of cheese instead of just one. Very limited choice for some one who cant eat dairy.

From initial arrival, I found the hotel staff friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was served in a very pleasant basement conservatory. Although no English cooked option available, the continental offering was plentiful and well presented. No lift. I was on the fourth floor, but on a positive note, the excercise did me good.
