Friendly staff, clean bathroom
Bad internet signal. The decoration of the bedroom is too old so there were spider webs on the ceiling what makes it a little bit creepy.
Location Location Location
We had to change 2 rooms because the drainage was faulty and the toilets were so dirty and stinky. In those rooms we even noticed holes on the walls. Eventually we stayed in a family room, but the toilet was so small we couldn't even shower properly. Horrible experience.
The room was (by London standards) fairly large. Breakfast was very good, staff was nice. The hotel was nicely decorated throughout and very clean.
The room was was slightly too warm and we did hear our neighfours above through the ceiling (their floor). Long narrow stairs and no lift is not a good combination with all thre is to buy in London's bookshops!
No wifi in The room. No elevator . Horrible smells from The bathroom . Dirty Walls in The rOom.
Pretty, spacious room, clean, great views and location, friendly staff.
The staff was very friendly and high standards in terms of cleanliness was seen in the room. My actual checkout was at 11 but I requested staff for additional 2 hours as I was in an important conference. They immediately agreed and was very co-operative
Helpful staff and always offered good advice about the hotel and area. Good breakfast provided.
No lift, so carrying bags up and down the steps not the best, but staff offered to help with bags.
Poor wifi on first floor
We loved the location, close to the underground in a quit street.
There was a layer of dust of almost 0,5 cm really everywhere in the room and the canopy bed had many yelow dirty spots on it. The shower was SO small, smaller then we've ever seen in London before! The staff just did nothing to help, for ex. wifi didn't work, breakfast was aweful, freezing porch, with uncooled meat, cheese, ... Which they let there stand for several hours.
This is a very good value for money hotel. Very friendly staff, put our luggage in our room, room was pretty big for London
It is not about not liking, but a little bit more of variety for breakfast, would be great. We had every day the same thing, and it was good. But a bit of variety ....
Clean and bigger than expected bedroom, kind and helpful staff, excellent location close to tube and excellent restaurants (nandos, gourmet burger kitchen).
Trying to find something but can't. Everything is exactly as you'd expect for that price - a nice room in London to sleep in.
Only 2minutes walk to Earl's Court tube station. Many shops nearby. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast starts only at 8.00. If you have to leave earlier you can not have breakfast. Bathroom and shower cabin was very small.
the price the staff on reception the location the breakfast this hotel is charmingly good value
shower was a bit of a tight squeeze at 8 months pregnant! tv was unreliable
Few steps to underground station (about 3 minutes)
No elevator and my room was on the 4th floor
We loved the proximity of this hotel to the underground station, and our ability to get to Heathrow. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Wi fi was excellent. Lots of hot water for the shower. We enjoyed the continental breakfast . the Rushmore provided everything we had hoped for at a reasonable price
Staff. Location. Value.
Staff were nice enough.
Double room really tiny, doors smaller than standard size, shower too small for an average size man to fit in. Filthy shower gel bottle in room. Photo on booking.com made it look much bigger and nicer. Door lock a cheap Yale type. General upkeep and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The included breakfast (became continental breakfast after booking) was rubbish pink lint and some chicken roll as meat. Other stuff cheap and nasty.
Near from tube station, great location. Staff really kind, very attention.
Time breakfast, finish 10AM. Floor is noise. And you can hear every noise of room at side or upper your room. You need to leave the key's room at the front desk every time you go out, and doesn't have "no disturb sign" to put at the door, haven't electronic keys. Bathroom very very small, doesn't have shampoo, shower cap, and during 7 nights anybody change my soap bar.
Everything, the breakfast is excellent and the staff busy, professional, polite and friendly.
Value for money and enjoyed the inclusive breakfast. Bathroom was very clean.
Shower was good for us as we are of small/medium build but would not be suitable for a larger person. Decor needed re doing in bedroom but overall satisfactory for one night.
Location was great. Room was perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was adequate - the quality of some of the food offered could have been improved upon. As an example, the raisin scones were hard and stale and impossible to eat.
Breakfast Shower was hot Cheap Clean
Smell in bathroom (sicky smell from sink) Noise from road Bit worn down As a point to mention stairs are quite steep (ok for me but elderly or disabled would struggle)
location, comfy bed, friendly staff, value for money
curtains not wide enough to cover window
I liked the location of the hotel
The rooms décor was terrible outdated and old, there were cobwebs and stains on the curtains. none of the furniture matched and the door to the desk was falling off. in the bathroom there was shower gel in the shower that had been used by others and was dirty.
