Great location, good pillows, 24hr reception
Very friendly and assisting staff. Free wi-fi and much better than other similar hotels in the area.
Very small room and bathroom. No elevator
grubby room, to small, rubbish shower, very poor breakfast, dated, curtains need replaced with bedding to... Worst Iv ever stayed in.
nothing really and Iv stayed in a lot of hotels... Wish I booked somewhere else.
Nice room, staff and breakfast
enjoyed our stay. staff were very nice
To many stairs. no lift and we were on top floor.
It was a rather old type of building but the bathroom was relatively new.
We had booked a room on the 4th floor but when we arrived were offered option of staying on first floor as there was no lift. Staff took our bags up to the room when it was ready as we had arrived too early to occupy the room and returned later. I liked the little balcony off our room.
Room was fairly small but I think this is common in London
breakfast was bare, with only bread and cereal, a basket of croissants and a plate of cut fruits with cheese and spreads. Considering many B&Bs offer full English breakfast, this is quite pathetic. Also, please provide common utensils for the breakfast items as it is unhygienic that guests use their used cutlery to pick up bread and fruits when they go for second helpings. Cups in room were sticky and non clean. Musty smell in attic room.
Ok so this hotel is just next to Earl's court tube station which makes it very easy for you to travel to Victoria, its just 3 station away from Victoria on District Line. You have lot of options to eat near hotel plus you also have retail stores which are open till midnight which was really great. This hotel is built out of old building and thats why you dont have lift in this hotel, be ready to climb stairs
I have stayed in budget hotels and you already know that if you are staying in budget hotel the rooms would be small but the problem here was not the room size but some other important facilities which are required even in budget hotels. No AC, No Refrigerator, WC and Shower did not work properly
Friendly Staff.Good and very agreeable price for the room.Great location.Nice, clean and quiet hotel.
A really nice surprise being in London city in this really good accommodation. Big room, clean and confortable. The staff: Teresa first, Anna and Pretti have been really kind with us. A mention too for the ladies serving breakfast always at our disposal.
The noise outside the room due to daily the collection of wastes.
Location to Earls Court tube station. Supermarket close.
The many steep narrow stairs to carry luggage up 3 flights. If your middle age or moblity impaired give it a miss. Breakfast basic.
Metal tooth cleaner on bed, cups with dried coffee drops in them, lumps of toothpaste on wall in shower, filthy toilet system, tap wrapped with electrical tape and lumps of dust around room. For the price the room was disgusting. Do not stay here especially as I have stayed in another hotel in the area for a comparable price and it was a million times better
Clean and in a good location, good staff.
Taking bags up three flights of stairs, but can't do much about that.
Good WiFi, comfortable room, tasty breakfast (those few thing that were offered)
No elevator, tight and narrow stairs, poor choice of food for breakfast, I was not allowed to leave my luggage in the luggage room the next day with the explanation that "I was, but I am no longer a guest"
Next to Earls Court tube stop.
small room and tiny shower
Not a lot
Smelly, poor customer service, needs serious refurbishment. Shower very small and unclean. Basically, it's cheap for a reason.
Very handy location as I was attending a Convention at Earls Court Arena, which was a 5 minute walk away. Also was just off the High Street which had all the shops and a supermarket.Clean room and bathroom and a fan had been thoughtfully provided.
Windows seemed not to be double glazed and my room was facing the road outside, being a light sleeper I did not sleep very well. Also the mattress was a bit worn out so I felt it digging into my back.
great convenient place, solo traveler but in a family room. early morning departure so staff brought c breakfast to room.
On fourth floor no lift. Hot without the fan. Big old key to hand over at reception
Good location. A few minutes walk from the underground, Shops, food and pubs.
Bed was not very comfortable.
Stayed here many times, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. And the location could not be better, less than two minutes to the tube. Will be back in a few months.
No dislikes at all.
Staff, sheets, location
the position the 24 h reception
breakfat starting too late for workers and not adapt. They were complained they did not receive the delivery.
