Staff were well mannered and helpful. Eating area staff were very easy on the eye
Room a little smaller than expected
the location near Olympia, we were there for a fair. The hotel is ok.
staff was not friendly at all.

Very small bathroom
Privacy Cleanliness Comfort Friendliness Free Wi Fi Lift Continental Breakfast
All the rooms seemed to be very cramped with the beds pushed up against at least one wall.
Cofee and tea in the room.
Very poor and still the same breakfast.
Comfortable room, friendly welcoming staff and an excellent location for Kensington Olympia
Breakfast left a little to be desired...
unfortunately breakfast started too late for us to enjoy before going to work at Olympia
Amazing Shower Great location to get to and from the Kensington Olympia Also great location to get to all the sights in London, especially Westfields London
The room was very cramped Stains on the wall Staff just did what they had to, no more and no less. Breakfast was very basic and wished there had been cooked eggs
lovely girls on the front desk, very helpful clean, no frills, good value, great shower excellent location, relatively quite for central London
whats not to like?
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the beds and pillows were excellent, the shower was roomy and had good hot water with plenty of pressure. The staff were friendly and polite. A lift.
The steep steps going up to the Hotel. The rooms were smallish and 1 if not 2 people had to climb up the bed to get in properly. No cooked breakfast, but the cold buffet was excellent.
We stayed in Russell Court when I came to attend a business in a nearby location. The hotel is only a minute walk from the Kensington Olympia overground train station. Kensington high street is also a minute walk. There were lots of restaurants nearby, within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. There are Morrisons and sainsburys stores, costa cafe in the high street. The hotel is in a side road from high street, so it was not that noisy at night. Specially on a Saturday night it was very quite compared to friday and we were able to sleep well. The hotel in general was clean. The room was small, but nicely decorated, clean with an ensuit bathroom. The airconditioner was in working order, there was a small fridge and a safe. Continental breakfast was included with the room price which was served at an earlier time as I requested. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. Overall we were happy with our stay at Russell Court and we will come back if we visit the same part of London in the future.
Small room, no parking, fridge was not cold enough. Happy with everything else.
The room was small but clean and had everything I needed.
smart and very clean
no rolls or bread for breakfast only toast
- Wanted to check in but no staff in the building had to wait 15 minutes before staff showed up. Staff was friendly
Location is good, breakfast is great, everything is very nice!

Location is a bit far from train station.
Location, staff, breakfast.
Room suppose to be big or good for single bed
When you enter room is finish. Room have no place to put 2 small begs
friendly staff you can buy a travel card from the main line station on the same street I min from high st Kensington busses every 2 min peace full nights sleep
when I booked I wanted a large double bed but found it very small £79.00 inc breakfast a bit overpriced £59.00 would have been the right price
Really clean rooms. Cleaners do a great job. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.Close to trains, buses, supermarkets, eating places. Stayed for four days, wish we had more time there. ROOM HAD A FRIDGE. Aircon. No outside noise.
The room was a lot smaller than the advertisement size. Had one chair at the desk and no bedsize table so nowhere for the second person to sit, put their drink or glasses etc.
The rooms were modern, well maintained and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental and plentiful. Although small the room was well organised and bathroom good.
The room lacked storage facilities, made it difficult as we were there over a week.
We booked a double room, but what we got was a double bed squeezed into a single room. There was no room for our suitcases and barely 0.6metre from the bed to the wall. My partner had to climb over me to get in and out of bed. The bathroom was miniscule. Worse still, the rooms are non smoking, but guests had clearly been using the bathroom for smoking and it stunk of nicotine. Sorry to say this, but I'll never go back there.
