This room is spacious and set out nicely
Brilliant location for olympia and quiet.
price, breakfast,free wifi
no chair in room. tiny room
Comfort, location & continental breakfast.
Walls not very thick.
We were visiting Olympia and this hotel was five minutes away so in that respect was perfect. Hotel was clean and modern and staff were very helpful.
We returned to the hotel at around 11pm and went to bed shortly after. From about 11.30 someone was constantly walking around in a nearby room. My daughter complained to a member of staff at about 1 pm but they said nothing could be done. This ruined our nights sleep unfortunately.
Was charged for a room advertised as free cancellation and even though they still received the business of four more rooms from us they still won't refund us the money for the cancelled room even though it was falsely advertised to us.
Pleasant, efficient staff. Very clean. Good value for money.
Roomy room for London. No problems and feel that reviews have been unkind. Staff very foreign and I am 70% deaf - didn't make it easy. May be worth employing a quality English speaker. Despite reviews I found the hotel clean, staff courteous and very convenient for Olympia. Breakfast could be improved at little cost but nevertheless adequate.
Just lack of easy communication with staff (mainly due to being deaf). Although they were pleasant.
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent! Tea/coffee making facilities were not stinted as some hotels are, there were more than enough for more than two cups each! Also location is excellent for Olympia. This is the third year running we have stayed and hopefully will stay in 2015. Staff were also more than helpful!
The size of dining room as quite small and seemed everyone wanted to attend breakfast at the same time. Also we normally arrive from Norfolk and Hertfordshire respectively at around 1300 hrs and checkin isn't until 1400 hrs although we can leave our luggage in reception we are unable to freshen up before we go to Olympia
comfy bed cleanliness - spotless location friendly reception staff excellent location for Olympia
lift out of use unfriendly breakfast room staff - grumpy, no good mornings and unhelpful Very small bathroom - had to open the bathroom door to open the shower door, get in to shower, then lean out of shower to shut bathroom door again and I am not over weight.
Location for Olympia, price. Had everything we needed for a short stay and good time in town visiting London Horse Show
Looking a bit shabby - needs decorating but clean with friendly staff so can't complain.
Walls were too thin we could hear next door snoring!
location, close to Olympia, clean
stairs, basic breakfast
Very helpful staff carried my suitcase up and down four flights of narrow stairs because the elevator was out of service for my four night stay. Room very clean with good quality, updated fixtures.
Only one electrical outlet in room, far from bathroom inconveniently located. Coffee pot provided, but to plug it in I would have to put it on the bed or floor. Same for curling iron.....could not use mirror to do hair. No discount for having to walk four flights of stairs several times a day.
Excellent value for money
Nothing about the hotel it was all pretty good
A friendly place to stay & great location for shopping, exhibitions etc
No lift working so had to climb 3 floors to room!
nicely equipped and well layed out room. Upmarket area of London so price was relatively reasonable. Walking distance from Earls Court. Very short walk from Olympia Kensington Overground tube station.
Not hotels fault but Olympia Kensington tube station only has a direct route from underground on weekends and special occassions. If relying on tube for transportation then be aware outside these times several changes are required e.g. Earls court to West Brompton... West Brompton to Olympia Kensington.
Selection. I would prefer full English or buffet style.
The hotel was very practical as we were at an event at the Olympic and it is so close to transport links.
We had read that the rooms were small but the room we had was exceptionally small. My husband and I could get past each other in the room (both slim!)and the bed was against the wall so we had to climb over each other! Couldn't have stayed here longer than a night.
Good stay over all
The refrigerator in my room didn't work but apart from this all was good
Excellent comfortable and clean accommodation in good location. My wife and I were on a nostalgic visit and we are so glad we chose the Russell Court.
The room was small but everything you need, clean and comfortable. So there was nothing we didn't like!
Good Location Fairly Good facilities in the room Clean
Room was very hot, couldn't sleep Can't open window
Room cleanliness, price, staff helpfulness. Good continental breakfast.
No TV signal on Saturday evening One staff member not so helpful
Location for conference event
Breakfast was uninspiring glad we were only staying 2 nights.
The extra touches like the towel art(kissing swan sculptures). The larger than anticipated inclusive continental breakfast buffet.
Lack of a lounging/seating area.
