Friendly staff and great value for money. Clean with fairly recent shower and toilet facilities. Convenient for town centre. Good breakfast.
bed slightly too soft. A joined carpet outside toilet area needed making safer. Room slightly dated
Everything apart from the price
Paid for double room got a single . You could only get out of bed one side ..was told I had to pay twenty pound a night extra for bigger room .
Comfortable room Great value Location Staff
The bar area
Good location close to town centre
Staff were not particularly friendly!
The staff was really nice, location is great, just minutes from the sea..
It might seem as a great deal and value for money. Well it isn't. £5 per car per day, £5 per 8hrs wifi which you have to use because the network is just crappy in this part of Bournemouth... Will be definitely not coming back!
Very friendly staff and close to shops and restaurants.
Lovely hotel and location very tidy and quiet. Lovely stay didn't want to go will definitely beggoing back!
The staff were friendly and the room was perfect for a weekend stay. The beach is minutes away on foot as is the town centre.
Great location at a bargain price. Room basic and old fashioned but clean, warm and perfectly adequate. Very friendly staff
Booked a twin room as the choice was given on the website and was given a double bedroom. I was staying with my friend so wasn't pleased and was just told that they didn't have any twin rooms! Had a call 15 mins before we were meant to be out the room as s reminder and then had a call about 2 mins before we were meant to leave to say that we will be running Into late charges. Didnt really feel that the calls were necessary and made me feel quiet uncomfortable.
the welcome and helpfulness
Too many people smoking drogs by the entrance of the building.
Had a great weekend at the sea side lovely room short walk to the front friendly staff.
Very rude staff, twin room requested not available, take it or leave it attitude, refused refund saying that bookings.com took the money, UNTRUE. Vermin control boxes seen on landings, whole place looked very grubby, these people should not be allowed to trade, disgusting! I will be contacting the OFT regarding this hotel.
The staff were friendly.
The lift was incredibly small, could hardly fit two people in it! We asked for a double/twin room but it was clearly just a single with a double bed in,the room was also very small. The room wasn't every clean,it was dusty. The bathroom door was broken. And I'm pretty sure there was blood stains on the ground. Finally the room wasn't very sound proof and we could hear every thing from the young couple on a Valentine's break to the traffic at 3 in the morning!
the staff were very friendly, always said good morning,
Bedding was small for bed......duvet would of been better
Toilet pedestal was raised up an extra 6" and I could not reach the floor, bedroom furniture all warped and very very old. Did not sleep as there were so many springs poking up in the mattress.
The price. You can't get cheaper in Bournemouth
Everything was good for the price.
Booked to stay here on a Friday night in February and it was £25 for 2 adults. Due to the price we didn't expect much, but it was very clean and warm. Would definitely stay again. I see the price in summer goes up to around £100, I wouldn't pay that much to stay here though.
good location, good price for the room,
very small room, very small bathroom, breakfast was horrible - very expensive and not so good taste,
Very helpfull staff and very accomodating.
Traffic noise in forward facing rooms was quite loud.
Nice and quiet room clean and tidy just what we paid for
When we arrived we had to pay for parking would have been nice for them to tell us when we booked.
