Very helpfull staff and very accomodating.
Traffic noise in forward facing rooms was quite loud.
Nice and quiet room clean and tidy just what we paid for
When we arrived we had to pay for parking would have been nice for them to tell us when we booked.
Everything, the hotel was nothing like the hotel. Rooms were disgraceful. & filthy. Staff were rude, & had to pay for parking even tho I wasn't told this when I booked the rooms.
Good value for money, friendly staff and very good location.
Breakfast is not included.
The venue was great, right by the bars.
I didn't like how the hotel seems to be set up to grab as much money as possible. We paid for our rooms, then they want another five pounds per car which is not common practise. Then we went to the bar and it was £4.80 per beer! Which in my opinion is completely unnecessary and is taking advantage of their customers. Then the best bit, the ladies we were with asked us if we could get a soft drink for them, we assumed this would not be 4.80 like the beers, and we were right they charged us £5 each for a lemonade and again for coke so £10 for both when I asked why to the manager he just said that's the way it has to be.....ummm why? your the only place I've ever been to who has been so ridiculous so does it really have to be that way? Plus our television did not work or our air con. but we could not be bothered to say anything more as they don't really care in this place, as long as they get plenty of money out of you. We only paid 60 for the room so we are not to worried about the rooms, it's more about how cheeky they are with prices.
only one night stay but room perfectly fine, staff friendly. brilliant location for Bournemouth
bathroom little small if had been staying longer charging for wifi when most business have free
Staff were helpful
Room was tiny for a double
Location, great views from "ball room/lounge area". Great Value for Money
I wos couple times in This Hotel. And I really like so much.Stuff excellent ver friendly. Room really nice modern clean and nice.Good area for staying everything near hotel.
Location was good
Charged for parking and WiFi. Add to the prprice. No longer a bargain. Windows paper thin. Could hear everything outside. Bed uncomfortable, no toiletries provided. Only a bar of soap. Stay well clear unless its a last option
All that I required in a competitively priced and very reasonable priced deal for the holiday.
Very late doing my room each day on a couple of occasions. When I wanted to be in there working I had to vacate for 15 minutes or so each time.
location helpful friendly staff
one of the beds hadnt been changed on arrival so had to ask but they came immediately and changed it
The staff were very rude and made us feel quite unpleasant.
Location friendly staff excellent value for money
Stayed for two nights whilst dojng a course in Bournemouth. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Close to beaches/restaurants. The room was small but comfortable and pefectly adequate for the money spent. We enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel in the future.
The hotel was very affordable good value Was basic But was clean and comfortable
the service was very good we had a great time and will visit again
Paying for car
No heating in the rooms (early January). Staff were rude and abusive when we complained. Receptionist was the worst. The place is a dive, the carpets are threadbare, the paintwork is tatty and dirty. Our stay in Bournemouth was ruined. We heard other guests complaining. We will never here stay here again, and seriously suggest you find a decent hotel - there are many in Bournemouth.
Staff nice and polite. been staying here monday to friday since start of november i will be here til end of january but i never been offered a discount for future weeks ahead disappointed i asked but i was told no again disappointed
Tv remotes some not the originals (sleep timers a good option for tvs)......
Car park charge for residents
. Only location.
Firstly, I booked a room for a couple with double bed, but when I arrived there the owner said to me you had to pay extra 10 pound per night for double bed otherwise you should stay in twince room. We argued about this case and finally I had to stay in single beds. Additionally, they asked extra money for parking, keeping your luggage if you go little bit early, for any late check out even a few minutes it is charged 10 pounds. Secondly, the room facility was really poor such as unconfortable bed, dirty bedding sheets and no slippers for shower. Thirdly, I witnessed so terrible events in the hotel such as first night police investigated the owner and checked in hotel room. Second night a family was deceived by the owner, they argued with receptionist for refund their money. I think they couldn't refund it, because the staff was extremely drunk. The chef was drunk as well. Finally, the rule in hotel were really strange, room service came to my room so late or so early. First day they came after 3pm and the socond day at 9 am. Unfortunately it was really unsuitable.
Don't know. The staff was polite and clean. That's all I can say.
The room seemed a bit dirty (floor carpet and walls) as well as the overall place - there was a funny smell going upstairs to the room. The last night we stayed in the staff was drunk, in fact, there was a couple complaining about the bad service of the restaurant and the drunk cook. The wifi signal in the room wasn't the best. The bed sheets were stained so they looked dirty.
