This place was fantastic value for money. I was expecting a pretty grotty room, seeing as my friend and I only paid £36 between us, but the room looked as though it had been recently refurbished - looking new, clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast in the morning also exceeded expectations. Very close to the beach, town centre, and the train station (only 20 minute walk!). All in all, 9/10. |

The room was nice and the restaurant, however the stay made me ill with the stress of having to listen to a prayer group singing from 6am up until 2am with their children running wild in the hotel and the staff did not take control of the situation. Also when we approached the hotel management about the situation stressing that we were not getting any sleep their reply was there was nothing they could do......... They did not even offer to move our room - we were situated directly above the room that they were singing in. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel on the basis that they subjected us to a weekend of sheer stress, no sleep and wild children running around all day and night. The management didn't even attempt to remedy our situation in any way shape or form. |

The hotel was excellently located for the Bournemouth International Convention Centre, the beach/cliff walks and the town centre. The whole hotel is not that well maintained but our room was recently renovated and very comfortable. They also served a good English breakfast. On arrival, we were told that we could not have the twin room we had booked (I was sharing with my daughter), but had to have a double room (the room we booked said Standard Twin/Double but for such a booking they only give a Twin if one is available, otherwise a Double is given). However, this was not made clear at the time of booking. They also told us that a Standard Room wass really unsuitable and that we should upgrade by paying £40 to a Superior Twin. On seeing the Standard Double we realised that the room was too small and drab looking - the Superior twin room was much better, so we felt we had no choice but to pay each. This did prove to be a pleasant room, but for this price I don't feel the value for money was there. |

the location is excellent the staff gave me the wrong key to my room and the wrong electric key 3 times. they said everything would be sorted when i got back but they done nothing ! |

We found the hotel suitable for our short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. As we booked on an offer, we thought the value for money was excellent, as was the breakfast - good to have it cooked to order rather than from a buffet. The two members of staff at breakfast were delightful. |

No because the bed is no good. I and my husband have got a back pain. After i have been there, they said we don't have double room and they said if i pay 50 pound more they will give me a suprime room. they charged me for the car park. 5 pound a night. because the bed is no good.
