Close to town and the beach, good value for money, very clean, friendly knowledgable staff, open all hours to come and go as you please.
Old fashioned decor/bedding
Price Staff Location Clean rooms
Error Booking.com of presenting to me the price in euros but sending booking to the hotel stating the price in pounds. Still the price is good - I just prefer correct info.
location. clean comfy bed
Staff very helpful a good friendly hotel
Bar closed at 11pm on return from BIC but maybe time of year as was opened late on last visit.
The staff are good. I had å fall on the stairs and the staff were very good and helpful. Thank you guys for what you did.
Staff members are ignorant
The staff where ignorant
Out side appearance
The cleanliness and friendly staff and location right be the sea.
There was a large crack in the mirror. Only a plug in heater and old sash window. Could hear traffic and a nesting pigeon.
Security late at night saying I couldn't park in the reserved spaces when there was no spaces available & I'd already paid for parking earlier. They should of not taken money and said can you park elsewhere because car park is full instead of arguing with security at 2am.
Small room, spunky bed sheets!
Great location and price
Pretty rough and standard.
The room is big and clean.
The staff was good.
The guy who run the hotel, he didn't keep his promise.
Good staff and good facilities.
Bed cover was rip with holes
the distance to local access to beach, town and entertainment. friendly staff with a personalised caring atttiude.
the breakfast could have been more varied. for example some continental range offered would have been nice.
We are local and thought we would stay here as we're going out with friends and seemed good value for money for just a bed for the night. Firstly the tv didn't work which took an hour to sort and the windows are so old that they sound as if they are open. having a room close to the road meant it was extremely noisy. To add to the, the fire alarm went off 6 times between 3 and 4am! I called to ask whether we should be evacuating and got a smug response. When I complained in the morning, the guy in reception just said, and I quote "be thankful it wasn't a real fire". Just plain rude. It doesn't cost anything to be polite and would have made the stay ok despite basic rooms and sunken mattresses!
Nice and cheap for Bournemouth
The lack of cleanliness
Location, ease of booking, breakfast
I booked 2 single rooms on my account and had a quoted price of £52. The hotel charged our employees £90, but they were not aware that I had a quoted price. I rang and spoke with the proprietor who claimed the extra charges were for breakfast @ £12.00 each and upgrade to superior rooms £8.00 each. Our employees claimed that they were quoted £5.00 for breakfast and at no time asked for a superior room. In fact the hotel stated they only had 3 rooms left in the hotel and we had 2 of these. 1 of our employees was happy with his room but the other was not happy at all. The proprietor was not interested in discussing the matter and put the phone down when I said I would be complaining to Booking. com. In a nutshell I got a quoted price off the booking .com website and the hotel charged what they wanted to our unsuspecting employees. Very dissapointed. Would never use this hotel again as iIfeel I have been take advantage of
The staff its friendly and helpful especially justin from lithuania absolutely an amazing receptionist
The lift its small and slow…maybe its better to walk upstairs!!
Nothing it was absolutely awful
Staff were rude, hotel was vile. It was like staying in a homeless unit. Didn't feel comfortable as people were hanging around inside and outside. Parking was a fair price £5. wifi you had to pay for which is ok however it did not work. When I raised this with the staff they were rude refused to help or refund. People commented to me as they were leaving that they couldn't believe the way the member of staff was speaking to me. All in all I wouldn't let my pet dog stay here and I would avoid at all costs.
Good value for money. Cheap is you just sleep one night. Some poeple of the staff were really nice and the hotel was quite and confirtable
Some people of the staff were quite nice but some other not. They tried to charge me for leave my backpack while I was waiting till they finished preparing my room (it was more than 12 pm but I had to wait until 2 pm) and the rest day they ask me to leave the room at 11 am. Moreover, the next day I asked for using wifi for a few moments while waiting (I did not used the day before) and they told me that for use it in the bar I had to pay 5pounds/hour. The TV did not work properly
1, tv had scart leads didn't fit well so no sound! 2. broken bits in shower like tiles and soap dish. 3. poor choice of sink so shallow difficult to wash. 4. had to pay for wifi in thus should be free, and useless! 5.had to pay for on site parking. basically the owners want you to pay everything you would do to have a nice stay. 6. pillows horrid hard an stone, ended up with neck pains. 7. very noisy at night, more like a horror movie. overall not a nice stay!
LOCATION EXCELLENT CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOM.
Dem sheets were alright
