We booked a park and stay for 3 couples with transfer to Gatwick airport. The services could not be faulted and the carvery very nice. However we were surprised that one of the cars left for 16 nights had been moved from its original spot to a hundred yards or so away yet the odometer read 9 miles more than when parked. I would be interested to learn why! |

Excellant breakfast!!!! Arriving late from a flight from Gatwick North with heavy luggage. No help up stairs with suitcase to room, struggled!!!! |

The breakfast The rooms are too small and the shower is to small for anyone who is over the height of 5.5." The staff arn't very friendly and if your coming from or going to gatwick and you have luggage there is no lift and the members of staff do not help you take the luggage upstairs to your room. |

welcoming staff the rooms where clean and comfortable, and a very good hotel for a stopover for a early flight the next day. the bar did not sell real ale beer |

It was quiet and comfortable,the facilities were comensurate with price paid. I would use the hotel again for its convenience to Gatwick. |

The proximity to Gatwick Airport is the main reason to stay at Russ Hill. The entrance hall is very nice if only misleading to the standard of the rest of the facilities. The list of negatives considering our stay of only a few hours. The room was so hot and there was no ventilation. The window wouldn't stay open as it was on a spring loaded system, we therefore had to prop the window open with the bin! Very unconfortable stay and bus service not all its cracked up to be. |

Very convenient for the airport. The bar and restaurant are excellent and modern and is in general excellent value for money taking into account the airport parking facilities available. The decor in the rooms is getting a little tired looking and could do with updating |

The accessibility by shuttle bus from Gatwick Airport and the room cost was reasonable compared to neighbouring hotels that we checked. The cost of bar drinks was quite high and the double rooms were barely large enough for two people. |

We know it so it is easy to return. The bus service is good and this visit we only had to wait under 10 minutes for the bus to,arrive. We returned to a deluge on May 14th 7.30pm. The whole car park area was awah with pools of water everywhere so my feet got soaked walking from the hotel to G" area. You need to resurface and work on drainage. |

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and convenient for Gatwick airport. Restaurant very good. The only fault with the hotel was the bed, which was very uncomfortable, therefore we didn't sleep at all well. With new beds this would be a really good hotel. |

The hotel was reasonable and value for money apart from the hotel room, it was over priced, extremely small, dingy and grimy. Our room, it was very small and not comfortable. Based on this we will not be staying at this hotel again. |

Room service was quick, food was good though a little pricey! Their stay and park deal is excellent. Car parking employees cheerful and efficient. Would reccommend this hotel if flying out from Gatwick. Breakfast hot food items were barely warm, but pleasant surroundings. |
