Everything from the welcome at the door to the farewell in the dining room was perfect. Would advise anyone with mobility problems to book rooms 1,2,3 and light sleepers may find the top floor rooms unsuitable due to high winds, not a thing that the lovely couple at the Rutland could control. Booking again for our next visit soon.
Location is good, easy reach of main areas but nice and quiet. Gear view from bar and restaurant areas over the beach.
Breakfast Location Staff
Room was a bit too warm. Shower was either freezing cold or scolding hot. Lack of parking available.
could not fault this place would stay again no problem staff were nice breakfast great
Staff absolutely lovely. Beds, extremely comfy. Only issue was tiny, bathroom. But,would stay again. Super hotel
This is our 2nd visit to the Rutland! and we will return again. The staff are very friendly and couldnt have done enough for us. The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is also fab!!
Very clean, nice staff who were very attentive. Great location for trams
Cheap pillows and duvets. Microwaved croissants and breakfast was plentiful but re-heated. Very disappointed that there was no onsite parking as this was a factor on why we booked. There were 2 spaces at front and back and 18 rooms in hotel. These 4 spaces were in constant use so we had to park in pay and display
Staff at the Rutland were great, very friendly and helpful. The seaview room we had was spotless and comfortable and gave us a quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was huge with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.
Absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay !!!!
The food was good
The staff made us very welcome. Good food and service. Comfortable beds. Excellent view of the lights and trams.
Lack of parking at hotel, but could park in side-streets nearby.
Rutland hotel very clean and friendly food was very good and would stay there again
Kay made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and even my 8 year old son commented how nice and her husband are. The hotel is lovely & immaculate and the breakfast was brill. would definitely consider going back again :-)
