Cannot fault this hotel -- price, comfort and food all very good. Having wi-fi in the bedroom was a massive plus for us too. The staff were all very helpful and friendly as was the owners, and we would be very happy to stay here again.

I found this hotel very friendly, clean, Great food and had a very cosy bar with a good selection of drinks. It was in a good location near enough to all the shops and bars but far enough away to have a good nights sleep. The room we had was small, but it was clean and comfortable. It would not put me off going back to the hotel.

Friendly family hotel in a good location for Blackpool's attractions. A good breakfast to start the day and a welcoming bar to end it. The walk up to the top floor kept us fit!

Friendly staff and welcoming. Stairs to the top floors kept you fit especially when you have a dog to take out! Room was dated but clean with tea and coffee facilities.Shower poor but adequate. Full English breakfast good although no fresh fruit or yogurts just watery orange juice or tinned grapefruit segments.Quick and friendly service made the stay enjoyable. The amount of stairs, no hot water the first night.

We liked our stay very much, but would like to point out two things that are not correct in the brochure, there is very limited parking on site and also there was no restaurant in the evening and these are two things that made us pick this hotel at this time of the year. As above

Extremely good value. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of all areas was exceptional. A convenient location - close enough to be a short walk to the town centre but far out enough for easy parking on side streets. No complaints whatsoever

We had a fantastic stay at the Rutland. The hotel was very clean and the food was really good. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble. The location was great just far enough out to avoid any noise, right across from the beach.

Very friendly, nice people, helpful & only to happy to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. Brilliant food regards quantity of the evening meals and also breakfast. Not too far from the centre to walk to for entertainment. Would have liked the bath to work but the shower was ok.

The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and our rooms were spacious and very clean. There is a kettle and tea, coffee, sugar sachets and little things of milk for you. Clean towels every day when needed. The shower was great and plenty of hot water. The dining room has ceiling fans which were great as it was very warm. The lounge was great you could sit and relax the children loved looking over the beach. Also it was my grandaughters 8th birthday the first morning we were there and when we came down there were balloons and bithday banners up at our table. Then a chocolate cake with candle in was fetched in for us to sign happy birthday and make a wish. What a lovely surprise for us. We would recommend The Rutland hotel to anyone. There was nothing to complain about. There is no lift but we were told that before we went. We got a phone calls to check we were ok with stairs.
