Comfort,location,breakfast,staff were very friendly.
Wi fi could not be picked up in room
Nice clean place and friendly staff. had all the facilities we required for our short stay. would stay again
Breakfast finished at 9.30 am which we missed.
Would definitely recommend the Rutland clean and cosy friendly staff.
Only downside no lift to family room.
The stairs we were on 5th floor
Lovely enjoyable stay. Will be going again.
Beautiful decore, room really nice, great cleanliness. Breakfast just what we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Owners the same. Have been to Blackpool quite a few times and this was the best.
Lovely hosts lovely staff friendly and welcoming. Free parking, lovely room lovely breakfast great bar area with sea view
breakfast was very very good
Trams were right across the road not far from anything
Friendly staff and owners. Nice bar to relax in of an evening.
Not enough parking on site
Everything, the room, the breakfast, the bar, the immaculate cleanliness, the friendly, helpful and excellent staff
Good location ,good sleep, good breakfast
Excellent stay. Would definitely stay again.Staff really friendly, it was clean and welcoming.
Close to town centre, tram stop outside! nice lounge, good breakfast, welcoming staff. No noise from trams or traffic in our room.
Just 1 thing to note if you're driving here, Parking was very limited and should have been notified as such.(18 rooms and just 4 spaces!) We had to use car park in the Hilton Next door for a £10 charge for two days although we were told by Hilton staff this is not encouraged!
The staff were all very friendly even the young girls. I would recommend and definitely stay again
We liked the friendly reception, relaxed atmosphere, the cleaniness and the breakfast set you up for the day
We had a warm welcome on arrival, did not get much sleep as we are light sleepers and in the top floor room the wind was very noisy. Nothing that Kay or Adrian could do about the weather. Everything else was perfect, would not recommend for anyone with mobility problems as bar and all rooms are up one flight of stairs. Parking was not a problem for us, we managed to find parking on the street next to the hotel and on the last day we went out and lost our space, we were allowed to park in the Hilton car park for £4.50 so did not find parking a problem.
Everything from the welcome at the door to the farewell in the dining room was perfect. Would advise anyone with mobility problems to book rooms 1,2,3 and light sleepers may find the top floor rooms unsuitable due to high winds, not a thing that the lovely couple at the Rutland could control. Booking again for our next visit soon.
Location is good, easy reach of main areas but nice and quiet. Gear view from bar and restaurant areas over the beach.
Breakfast Location Staff
Room was a bit too warm. Shower was either freezing cold or scolding hot. Lack of parking available.
could not fault this place would stay again no problem staff were nice breakfast great
Staff absolutely lovely. Beds, extremely comfy. Only issue was tiny, bathroom. But,would stay again. Super hotel
This is our 2nd visit to the Rutland! and we will return again. The staff are very friendly and couldnt have done enough for us. The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is also fab!!
Very clean, nice staff who were very attentive. Great location for trams
Cheap pillows and duvets. Microwaved croissants and breakfast was plentiful but re-heated. Very disappointed that there was no onsite parking as this was a factor on why we booked. There were 2 spaces at front and back and 18 rooms in hotel. These 4 spaces were in constant use so we had to park in pay and display
Staff at the Rutland were great, very friendly and helpful. The seaview room we had was spotless and comfortable and gave us a quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was huge with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.
Absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay !!!!
