Rooms were very warm
Friendly staff good location excellent value for money
If anything room could of been bigger
Bed comfortable. Real bath available. Continental breakfast generous. Staff welcoming and helpful. Not palatial, but the place looked loved.
Table light didn't work. Courtesy tea/coffee vestigial--no milk. No light-switch by bed. No spyhole in door. No waste basket or sink in bedroom. Path to front door hazardous in the dark.
trouble finding location
The convenience of staying near family.
Sharing a bathroom.

Good cheap accommodation ideal for a stop off.
Shared bathrooms. Window in room doesn't close.
We loved the hotel. The room was so lovely and comfortable, had a homely feel to the place. The bathroom was really nice. The lady welcomed us both really warmly and made us feel very comfortable. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our night here and look forward to coming again. 10/10 x thank u so much.
The rooms have a lovely atmosphere and Africian culture and cosy but the owner is lovely person apart from the door problem which was supposed to be fixed before the Guest arrive as it time wasting.
No en-suite in Family Room! No Full breakfast only continent - disappointed
The hostess was fabulous and really accommodating and provided a lovely continental breakfast. Sheets and towels were excellent and the crockery was of a very high standard.Bathrooms were clean.
That the curtains were all rolled up and not hanging straight.
The lady that runs the B&B is genuinely really lovely, helpful and friendly, she made our stay very welcoming. we will be going back when visiting london again for sure.
Excellent location. First property on right after the roundabout. Very friendly welcome and the owner can't do enough to help. Unlike other travelers we asked for things we needed (provided straight away) Room, clean and comfortable The bathroom was shared, which I wasn't keen on but it was clean. EXCELLENT value for money
Sharing a bathroom (but that was my fault for not reading the advert
The proprietor was very welcoming. Nice room bathrooms were out of this world very highly decorated. The location is very good but would like more signs on this building as I found it quite hard to find.
Ruxley Rooms is a family run hotel and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
No real issues, the hotel is what it is advertised as.
Location, close to where we needed to be. Setting, very relaxing with good gardens. Adequate Continental breakfast at a time that suits your needs.
Having shared bathrooms and small rooms with not much space round the Twin beds
Breakfast was awful-boiled egg, processed ham and cheese slices, margarine. Bed was old and room shabby. Very noisy with road outside.
Too big pillows! It was hard to sleep on them
The manager was lovely. Polite, accommodating and easy going
It was tricky to find. even though it is on a main road, there was no clear signage. On arrival we drove past it more than once, and later that night, the cab driver couldn't find it either.
Staff were helpful. location was good
No shower head/couldn't close bathroom door/bathroom didn't have a working light/breakfast wasn't great but free so didn't expect much
