Overall look of the hotel, comfortable Executive King room, clean modern bathroom. Desk manager Mr.Aziz, incredibly dismissive and not answering one single request. Imaginative internet rip off, the voucher clock keep ticking whether you´re online or not (example, you buy a day pass, spend an hour online, turn your pc off, go out or to sleep, when you come back, the voucher has expired), naturally the front desk ignores this and claims no responsibility. Also check out at 11 is rather off.

Reception at check in was very friendly, the room was superb even though it was a small single it had plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. Reception on check out was not as friendly as check-in, seemed a bit robotic.

Everything worked very well - a perfect hotel with very good location. One positive surprise was the good offer for a hamburger and a beer for 10 Pound in the bar Costs added up above the original announced price, Breakfast very expensive, Internet very expensive, I did not try other stuff.

Location is great, very nice area. Closeby are many restaurants and an Underground station. This hotel is recently renovated, very nicely done. Good quality beds, television, bathroom ( small but heated mirror ). Staff is very friendly and helpfull. This hotel has some points of attention. They have rooms in the basement, no windows. The "kingbeds" are actually not kingsize, but queensize. The breakfast is great but very expensive if you do not take the preorder deal. Signal strength of the wifi is in some rooms weak, but they told us they work to improve.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. But there were some problems. They had over booked the room that we wanted , so they gave us two smaller rooms. First it did not have the bathrobes and slippers that was suppose to come with the room, we also requested extra blankets. They first brought extra sheets about 8.00pm, we called again for the robes and blankets, we were told 10:00pm we would get them, we called at 10:15pm they brought them up at 10:45pm, and we were tried and just wanted to go to bed. The robes did not have the slippers that were suppose to be with them. Our room that we were in was right next to the maids closets so we were woke up every morning to the noise the cleaning. I did not like this. My sister prepaid your taxi the day before for a taxi very early in the morning, when she on the freeway the taxi told her it was not paid and she had to pay it again. The taxi called the hotel and they stated that they did not have the information, because the person that handles it was not at work yet. This is still to be resolved!

Location is excellent! just few walk from metro station! Room is good, bright with high ceiling, newly furnished & modern style. Large bathroom and clean. Service not really good, no smile of receptionist if you asking extra questions. When we settle the payment by credit card, they charged us in HKD rather than Euro without inform us! We have to pay extra surcharge for using HKD there!! The lift is very small which can only carry 2 adult + 2 lugguage bags...

1.Proximity to public transportation, restaurants and coffee shops 2,good Breakfast 3, That shoud be the first point: Staff devotion and kindness - I must acknowledge Riikka who took care very efficiently and kindly of a lost ring that was very precious to me from personal reasons. Secondly - they prepared for us very nice breakfast bags due to early check out to the airport - really nice gesture! 4. Room - too small and crowdy, yet highly equipped - very comfortable bed &pilows, excellent HD TV,very illuminated, tea/coffe facilities, very good bathroom with excellet toaleteries. 1.WiFi/internet for outrageous fee - why not free?? 2.narrow corridors with too many fire doors that were difficult to handle while carrying our luggage. 3.The enterance to hotel is with staircase - again unconfortable with heavy luggage

I stayed in a single room and it's much better than I had expected - room small but has everything that I needed. Furniture and equipment in the room all new and pleasant. I stayed in another hotel for business during this trip - price doubles Rydges' but room/facility not as nice as Rydges. The hotel is only 100 metre away from nearest tube station, very convenient for museum visiting and shopping. The only thing not so good is the guest lift is under renovation at present and we have to use the staff lift at the back.

I liked the bar staff (Andrea and Eleonora), very friendly and wanted to make themselves useful. The bar is also nice although packed with weirdos, but I guess there is little you can do about that. The only disappointment is noticing that nowadays there are still hotels that charge rip off prices for an internet connection! That should be a basic service, not an extra.

The location and price. Hotel room is quite good and clean despite its size. When we arrived they said that I had to leave a deposit of 100 pounds (!) with my debit card and that I would get it back in my card by the end of the week. When we were checking out they said that the deposit was 50 pounds only and when I said that I paid 100 pounds deposit they thought I was lying. They had to check the receipt to admit that they were wrong.
