Very pleasant hotel. Small but comfortable well maintained room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Special offers at the bar and restaurant during my stay meant that my trip was very reasonably priced. Very good location. Very close to tube station and only a few minutes walk from Natural History Museum, Vand A Museum, Brompton Oratory and Royal Albert Hall. The iron in my room and my colleagues room had a sticker on saying that it was unsafe and not to be used. |

Staff were courteous and helpful. The room, albeit a single, I felt was just a bit too cramped. I could hear all that was being said in the room next door. Privacy would be a major concern if I had not been alone. The lack of soundproofing. |

good location for variety of shops ...didn't have to queue to either check in or out.The cooked breakfast was excellent My single room was very small and I had to move the TV unit in order to unplug the trouser press in order to to plug kettle in. Not enough tea bags. Bedside light didn't work and curtains didn't fully close. However the price was cheap ! |

Very close to Gloucester Road station and High Street Kensington. Room was very small even by London standards. Only one slow lift. Check-in and check out rather slow |

The service at the hotel was not good at all, I did not enjoy my stay. The first night there was no hot water, the second night the heaters were out of service |

small, not too busy dining room. I had finished my breakfast before my husbands arrived and second day they both arrived as we had just started our fruit. |

It Was convenient The room allocated was in the basement with a view of rat catching matcines and empty bear kegs - we had no hot running water so were unable to bathe or shower - we did recieve a reduction in the bill. |

The gentleman behind the bar was very pleasant. The breakfast was good and we felt the upgrades at breakfast very reasonable As above. We felt the room very expensive and not at all what we had been led to expect after looking at the Website. The decoration in whole hotel was very tired . The room we were given smelt (food and damp), there was just one window (website led us to believe that there would be at least 2 large windows) and trim hanging off chairs, broken tiles in bathroom. |
