Attended Royal Albert Hall concert Not really a dislike, more of an observation. The entrance hall to the hotel was very modern and bright and so a little disappointing that the room was so old fashioned in appearance. |

The hotel was situated perfectly close to the Royal Albert Hall, where we were going to see a show on the Saturday night. The breakfast was of acceptable quality but not worth £20 per person. The cofffee was of especially poor quality in my view. Also when we arrived the hotel had no booking for us even though I had booked it nearly a month beforehand. |

Clean rooms, large bathroom, very comfortable bed. Did find room service for a sandwich rather expensive and only 1 slice of tomato in the middle of the round. |

Very pleasant hotel. Small but comfortable well maintained room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Special offers at the bar and restaurant during my stay meant that my trip was very reasonably priced. Very good location. Very close to tube station and only a few minutes walk from Natural History Museum, Vand A Museum, Brompton Oratory and Royal Albert Hall. The iron in my room and my colleagues room had a sticker on saying that it was unsafe and not to be used. |

Staff were courteous and helpful. The room, albeit a single, I felt was just a bit too cramped. I could hear all that was being said in the room next door. Privacy would be a major concern if I had not been alone. The lack of soundproofing. |

good location for variety of shops ...didn't have to queue to either check in or out.The cooked breakfast was excellent My single room was very small and I had to move the TV unit in order to unplug the trouser press in order to to plug kettle in. Not enough tea bags. Bedside light didn't work and curtains didn't fully close. However the price was cheap ! |

It Was convenient The room allocated was in the basement with a view of rat catching matcines and empty bear kegs - we had no hot running water so were unable to bathe or shower - we did recieve a reduction in the bill. |
