Ryemore Guest House  

The b&b was half an hour's drive from a bigger country hotel where family friends were getting married. Travelling from High Wycombe we felt it was too far to travel back on the same day as the wedding so we chose the b&b for price and convenient location. The owner accommodated us arriving earlier than the usual booking in time so that we were able to drop off our bags and collect a front door key beofre the wedding, enabling us to return after midnight without disturbing any of the other residents.

It seemed an odd set up to have a b&b without the owner actually living there so when we returned home after midnight we knew we were left to our own devices. Breakfast too was help yourself, but that suited us and the owner didn't charge us for our continental breakfast due to the fact she would not be there to serve us.

very clean and tidy - very pleasant all round

I loved how we had our freedom, it felt more like being at home then at a guest house. Full use of the kitchen to make our own breakfast lunch and dinner when we wanted. There was always fresh milk, bread, muffins and croissants every morning.

The hotels owners are lovely and understanding and I guess generrally due to the location of the hotel and I suppose due to the location, it is ideal to access the town centre and all other local facilities.

The carpets are a bit stained and I suppose this could have come about by customers themselves who must have spilled it on to the carpets. I am not sure what they could do more, but perhaps they should hire a carpet cleaner or change the colour of the carpets.

забыли положить простыню-пододеяльник. В номере холодно, хотя это относится почти ко всем отелям в Англии - по ночам они не топят.

Patronne serviable, prête à aider

Propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain limite: poussière dans les armoires et tiroirs, draps de lits sales, absence de verre à dents, de vide-papier, taches au murs...Qualité prix/confort indécente! Pour un prix inférieur, j'ai eu des chambres au centre de Londres bien supérieures.

Rien en particulier , établissement trés banal

Accueil trés médiocre par une 'fille au pair' à ce que j'ai compris qui n'avait pas beaucoup de préparation pour l'accueil des clients.

Non ci sono stati cose positive. Avevo richiesto il bagno nella camera invece era nel corridoio, c'erano 2 scalini per entrare in doccia, difficile per mia mamma che ha problemi con ginocchi, l'altra doccia non funzionava. Ho dovuto prepararmi la colazione e lavare I piatti, cosa mai vista in una guest house. Luce in camera non funzionava, non c'era cestino, bicchiere o un appendino per gli asciugamani, le tende erano staccate dal soffitto. Non c'era un padrone di casa che ti accogliesse, sicuramente non ci tornero' e non lo consiglierei, se potete statene alla larga.

Questo posto non dovrebbe essere classificato come guest house, dovreste andare a visitarlo, il posto ha del incredibile, di devi preparare la colazione, non e' pulito, mancano cose essenziali come un cestino, bicchiere, un appendino per asciugamani. Inoltre avevo prenotato una camera con bagno e invece il bagno era nel corridoio con scalini per entrare nella doccia, altra doccia fuori uso. La stanza era rumorosa, armadi vecchi e puzzolenti. Al mattino conosciuto un altra coppia che ha pernottato li e la loro situazione . era la stessa. Tenetevi alla larga da questo posto, non vale certo quello che chiedono £55.
