Staff very nice and helpful. Good no frills breakfast. Small rooms but clean and comfortable
Very clean & pleasant rooms with modern shower room and great breakfast,
very hot in the room at night but couldn't sleep with window open as the traffic noise was so loud (not hotels fault)
Strategically located, clean, value for money
excellent value for money
Very clean hotel with friendly staff, decent continental breakfast, comfy beds and tea/coffee facilities in room.. strong wifi signal spotless shower with plenty of hot water. good location with in 5mints walk from underground station ill absolutely recommend any hotel within this chain.
Functional room, warm and clean. Staff were friendly and informative.
Wifi would not connect with the key provided
location good for what we needed, clean and great staff
The area were the hotel was located was a good one, really close to underground and bus stop. The staff was pretty nice and it was very clean. The breakfast was good, not a huge variety but the things they have are great. In general, its a good choice!
Great value for money.check In was easy and the staff was very helpful.free wifi comfy bed and a reading Lamp. Breakfast was good i will be returning next time.
everything was fine
Disappointing. Room and bathroom was smelly and the shower didn't work properly. Definitively not to be rated as "Good".
The managment were helpful and the location was handy to tube stations.
The blocked shower drain and broken bathroom extractor fan were a pain as we had 5 people using the bathroom.
staff very un helpful couldnot book a taxi Doors of the room have not lock No lifts , no phones in rooms if u need any thing u have to be down 3 floors
Stayed at the hotel for one night while visiting the Hammersmith Apollo ànd found it ideal.
Mostly the location, the very nice and cosy beds. The fresh scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast. Also the goods tips were to eat and how to get around.
The sink had a drain problem, the shower was a bit clogged, but we didn't camplain to the administration. One the tv controles didn't work and the problem wasn't solved. And it would be nice if it had a bathroom carpet 'cause the bathroom floor was very cold and a towel for hand but also we didn't ask for one.
The staff were absolutely rude at breakfast time.
Great location for Hammersmith odeon and value for money
The bed was in a bay window out onto the main street so was a bit noisy
Not too far to walk from the tube station. Breakfast was basic but OK. Staff were friendly.
On arrival we were told that our family room for 5 was not available (although I had booked it & paid for it well in advance). We were moved into a bedroom with 4 beds & offered a single room along the hallway. Then in one of the single beds we found 6 bugs crawling in between the sheets (full of blood) not a great start for a good nights sleep. Unfortunately it put me off our stay and therefore I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Thankfully we were offered a refund by the manager.
The beds are amazing and free wifi is handy
There was a bulb out, the towels were tiny and no hand towels, the room smelt funny and the remotes did not work on the TV. We stayed here 2 years previous for a lot less money and it was a lot better Little bit disappointed after such a good stay last time
Bed was comfy, room was small but enough for our needs. An extra pillow would have been nice. Staff were pleasant & helpful.
There was no plug for the bathroom basin. Not much variety at breakfast - cereal, yoghurt, egg and beans on toast.
Great value for money and really enjoyed the breakfast. Perfect location for our trip to olympia.
This hotel provided excellent value for money. The room was small but clean and provided everything we could possibly need for the night. We got a good night sleep and a lovely breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are small and the walls are thin, so you can hear other guests moving about, but at less than £70 per night for a family room in Central London, it more than exceeded our expectations.
Bed comfortable,tea making facilities.
Very small room, nowhere to sit, toilet tiny.
Friendly staff and clean accommodation. Also surprisingly quiet outside.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room clean (although a wee bit small)
