Cooked omelette was freshly made in the morning. Overall, reception and kitchen staff friendly. Good location between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush with lots of great little restaurants nearby. Convenient for a very short stay. Breakfast range small. Very annoying room service in the first morning - knocked on our door 3 times in the space of half an hour, and actually opened the door on us while we were still in bed despite us yelling that the room was occupied. Left a bad impression. Actual room was in a separate hotel 5 minutes walk away from main reception.

Pretty much everything! From the moment you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness in the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor, so it was quite a hike. The room was quite small, but was very clean, cozy and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was also small but very clean. Breakfast every day was scrambled eggs, yoghurt, cereal, milk, jam, coffee/tea, so there was not much variety, however we felt that we got all and more for the money we paid - the hotel was an amazingly good deal for the money we paid. Also, the wifi was working perfectly! Nothing!

The location was fantastic, it was great value for money. The room was adequate for a short stay, beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly particularly the morning we were checking out. At arrival the person at reception was a little curt. No choice of bread (only toast) for breakfast was disappointing. Bathroom could have been cleaner in corners. No bedside lamps for reading. Some insulation needed on the window in our room.

The beds was comfy The staff at breakfast were rude, as well as they wasn't much variety for breakfast. There was a beer bottle in our room and our towels were dirty. Your cleaning staff are not very polite.

We booked the Saba Hotel as it was an easy walk from Hammersmith Bus Station, had excellent reviews on booking.com and fitted our needs for one night in London. We were extremely impressed with this small, value for money hotel. The hotel was spotlesssly clean, the room, while small was more than adequate for our needs for one night, toiletries and a hairdryer are available as well as an iron. There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms also. We were right on the top floor and there isn't a lift, but with just overnight bags this wasn't an issue for us. Arriving before check in time, the hotel had no issue with us storing our bags until we returned much later after dinner. The staff were courteous and very helpful throughout. Breakfast was included in our very reasonable room rate, and included a generous portion of excellent scrambled eggs on toast. A gem of a hotel that we would highly recommend.

The staff were polite, and friendly The fact I didn't stay in the actual hotel, had to walk another 10mins further away, to a run down hotel called hotel 45, which had very loud males staying in rooms next to me,which made me very nervous, and I booked a room wiv a flat screen tv, but actually got a very small portable which I couldn't see properly sat on the bed, I was told the breakfast was in the nxt door hotel that was been renovated.

The location, even in an infamous neighborhood the tube was 10 min walk and the TESCO across the street. We stayed on the top floor and had to carry 3 floors 1 big luggage on the stairs because there is no elevator. In the first night the heat didn't work in our room and only after we said we want our money back they brought a heating device. The dinning room was also cold. The bathroom was dirty, there was a carpet on the floor which was full of hair and we also found a tampon on the WC, lucky it wasn't used :). The room is like 4 square meters, we didn't had a place here to put our luggage. Maybe the rooms on the first floor are better otherwise i can't explain why there are so many good reviews. In any case don't accept a room on the top floor.
