Basic and cramped. Shower head broken and bathroom needed a good scrub. Very cheap decor and furniture ie plastic lamp
Location was perfect
April 30, 2015
Very busy road but couldn't hear it from my bedroom. Sound insulation is poor (can hear people next door sneeze). Long hike to top floor and the room was very warm despite the window being open. Maybe lower floors would be different
Very friendly helpful staff, they accomodated all the requests specified whrn booking. Clean, great location for Hammersmith tube, possibility for pay parking in streets nearby. Great wifi. Eggs and baked beans included in the price, which is very rare for London. At that price you wont get the Ritz but if you're looking for a bed and good access into London then that's perfect. As a business person I felt somewhat at odd with the other guest who were clearly tourists.

Staff, there was one lady (do not remember her name, short blond hair, she was in the morning shift) very rude and she had no idea of customer service ! She wanted us to walk to another hotel that was part of the same group, just because they had a big group. I booked this hotel well in advance (3 months) so they tell me to move to another one ! The lady had an attitude and I will not come back to this hotel just because of her !
Room and Location
April 23, 2015
My wife and I were looking for a standard room and stayed in their version of a two person room. There was just enough room for the door to open and not hit the bed, which took up the length of the room in the other direction. A crooked TV hung in the corner and a noisy mini-fridge madd for our table. The bathroom had nice fixtures, that were installed by a lazy or incompetent worker. The shower sprayed in every direction, the toilets lid did not fit and the flushing handle was improperly installed. To top it off, the extra toilet paper was stained brown and damp from previous, well who knows what. To really top off the visit, the door to the room allowed all sorts of noise from the hallway through. This place looks great on the website, but beware it's a lie! My wife and I spent every second we could away from this prison cell of a room. Disgusting, beyond tiny, loud, uncomfortable and believe it or not overpriced.
The location war near to the stations, made it easy and quick to get away from this horrible place!

First room we were put in about the size of a shoebox, but were changed to a much better room.

I did say that I had a stick and walking not good - yet was put on 3rd floor! apparently I was told it was not noticed on my form
breakfast was excellent - helpful kind staff - would have liked a choice of BROWN Bread

Room was rather small for two. Breakfast was the same for the whole week (really too much).
Friendly staff, quiet and clean room, good location, reasonable price, cheap supermarket and nice cafe nearby, filling breakfast, Wi-Fi.

Very tight fit with no bedside tables or lamps. Dodgy wifi.
Close to lots of cafés and pubs and Tescos across the road.

Walking distance of the Apollo
March 29, 2015
Very tiny room (70 cm around two sides of the bed!), very low wi-fi connection. The room was not so clean as expected, with a bit of mould in the corners.
Really close to buses, undergrounds (4 lines), pubs, supermarkets, anything you need. Within 5-6 minutes of walk from EventimApollo theater.
March 28, 2015
The wifi was very poor, and the shower was inadequate
The location was perfect, and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Nothing to complain about we didn't get up in time for breakfast so can't comment on that but that was our fault..
Clean and comfortable with free wifi also tea and coffee kettle and large fridge in room great for alcohol milk etc. Very pleasant staff.

Large very noisy party of school children who were also staying at the hotel kept us awake most of the night. Just unlucky with our booking I guess.
Location very convenient for places we were visiting including Hammersmith Apollo and tube.

Minor thing. It is advertised as continental breakfast but no croissant available. My husband had the toast with scrambled eggs and baked beans and really enjoyed it.
Very clean, very comfortable. Small room, but just what we needed. Would definately stay again if visiting that area again. Good value for money.

After reading excellent reviews on Saba Hotel and getting a great deal through booking.com we decided to book at Saba for 4 nights. We were impressed from the start with the excellent service from the receptionist making our check in as quick as possible. Our room was ready at 12 midday (we arrived earlier than the normal check in time) which helped us a lot as it meant we were able to get settled and head out to enjoy London Town! The room was quite small but perfect for the price we paid. We had great facilities including a small flat screen tv on the wall, a perfectly sized fridge/freezer, tea/coffee making facilities, fresh towels soap and shower gel, a small cupboard with hanging space, 2 full length mirrors, a bedside cabinet and extra pillows. The shower was also very powerful and spacious. We barely heard any noise from outside, considering the hotel is located on a busy road. The location of the hotel is excellent within 10 minutes walk to Hammersmith tube stations with access to various tube lines and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Note that there is a great cheap supermarket Tesco within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel breakfast was great and very filling for the day! As soon as we entered the breakfast room we were offered fried/scrambled eggs with beans and toast. There was also cereals, yoghurts, fruit salad and cheeses available with a great hot drinks machine with strong coffee to get you going for the day. All in all, we had an excellent stay! We will definitely be returning to the Saba Hotel on our return to London.

1) Breakfast was stated at 7.30-9am on weekdays and we went at 8.50am on the very first day and the lady in charge of breakfast sort of told us off rudely that we should come in earlier. Did not seem happy to serve us. 2)The hotel promised free wifi but on several days the wifi was faulty and could not work. Despite us bringing this up to the staff they neglected it and did not restart the router till the next day. It was annoying to see them spending time watching cricket instead of attending to our issues. 3) Bed given was an old one and extremely noisy with every movement. 2)
Location was very close to hammersmith station and this was ideal for travel to most parts of london. Tube station was close by as well. Room was spacious and clean with hot water available throughout the day.
