loved every thing about these apartments staff were friendly check in easy and quick lovely and clean no problems at all will be returning .Had a lovely two day break
It's located in a busy central area so it's very noisy all the time .The building and apartment was uncomfortably hot. Too expensive for what you receive.
Great little accomodation
Entrance smelt like Subway
Spacious room, with lovely modern fixtures and fittings. Immaculately clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient underground parking, which we pre-booked. Great location for access to the city centre.
Clean and tidy frendly staff
widows didnt open enough
Had relax before mad morning of photos ,make up and an amazing day
Apartment was excellent.
The apartment was right outside an all-night bus stop. Lots of noise from inconsiderate late-night revellers every night made sleeping almost impossible.
The apartment is very clean, the kitchen has everything, new fornitures. Its very close to the riverside where all the restaurants are and near to the center.
Amazing apartment, just wish I was staying longer
Bit of greenery on terrace?
We stayed for one night in a one bedroom apartment (No 37) and were pleasantly surprised by the high spec apartment and wonderfully comfortable bed. Located overlooking Broad Quay and with nearby NCP parking (£20 for 24hrs) it was easy to locate and the check in experience polite and efficient. The apartment kitchen/diner/living area was very well equipped should you choose to cook meals yourself, especially with a Sainsurys Local next door. There are however a large number of nearby eateries, some overlooking the waterside, with others tucked away up the small avenues and alleyways that characterise this part of Bristol. We stayed on a Saturday night and the standard of bars on the waterfront was chiefly designed to cater for the seemingly incessant stream of stag and hen parties in all their regalia. "Happy Hours" seem to have developed into "Happy Half Days" with all the potential problems that can accompany such a culture. 50yds from the Apartments is a Caribbean bar called "Turtle Bay" which was incredibly busy, not least because it was one of the few that benefited from late afternoon sunshine, a never ending "Happy Hour" on cocktails...and it did serve some great Caribbean food as well. On a table near us we could here a twenty something girl say to her friends that she "could feel herself getting emotional in about 10 mins!" It was only 5.50pm and the happy hour cocktails were obviously having the opposite effect on her! Immediately to the left of the Hotel is a Thai restaurant called Thai Edge which we dined in at 9pm on Sat night. The service was attentive, the food excellent and the wine of good quality. In summary, these are excellent apartments, very well spec'd and ideally located for exploring the centre of Bristol. We ended up grabbing a bottle of wine and some nibbles from Sainsburys and sat people watching in our apartment until late at night.
Sink in bathroom wouldn't drain. Apartments VERY hot so fan on constantly
We loved the studio apartment and our stay there, it was very well appointed with everything you needed, very grateful for the fan as it was very hot when we were there. Everything was very clean which we appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Glad we booked the car park. We have already recommended it to other people and would certainly stay again.
Can't think of anything we didn't like!
Very smart modern accommodation
Traffic noise ++ when we were there - very hot weather and had to keep windows open
Everything! Really spacious apartment with furniture and fittings very good quality. Kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the balcony.
Helpful staff Spacious and well-appointed apartments. We were upgraded so very pleased with our apartment.
Rather warm and quite noisy outside so sleeping was difficult in lower apartment, though the 7th floor was better.
Excellent location. Spacious well eqipped appartment. Great welcome breakfast pack, made all the difference. Very professional staff. Especially thank you to Carolyn and Danielle at reception for their welcoming and very competent manner.
Location, design and quality of furnishings.
Lack of air conditioning - it was very hot at night and too central to have the windows open because of street noise
Very good location very well appointed would stay again
When driving very hard to find
Excellent location Helpful and friendly staff during booking process and stay Spacious, clean and well maintained apartment with excellent kitchen and thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge, washing up liquid etc. Good security
The lift - too slow and 1 lift is not adequate for the number of apartments/ guests
It would have been nice to have a second easy chair or sofa
Spacious, modern, spotless, comfortable apartment. Everything we needed for a self catering stay away. Fantastic views across Bristol and the city centre. Location was perfect for wandering out to site see. Parking underneath the building was a bonus. Very helpful staff
Location directly overlooking the happening city centre meant wonderful views but Friday and Saturday night with the apartment windows open also meant constant noise from the jolly clubbers everywhere. The windows closed did lessen the noise. We would stay again though!
Loved the well equiped kitchen and welcome pack with the basic provisions Staff always available 24/7 and were very helpful and friendly Everything spotlessly clean and high quality Much better than competitors in Bristol
having to buy daily wifi codes for each device... Would much rather have free wifi built into the price fo the room
Proximity to restaurants. Seperate lounge
Hot on the 7th floor. Fans supplied
My fiancée and I liked everything about the apartment that's all I can say :)
There was only one lift
The accommodation was modern and facilities first class.
