it is in the center of town, easy to navigate through and around town. The staff was so excellent even in the event of an emergency at a local construction site the staff went above and beyond to help. nothing bad to say at all about our stay.

That it was very local to the tourist attractions. I loved the style of the room. High quality and well designed. The basket of food supplies was especially useful and a lovely surprise.

We have a 7 month old baby, it was great having our own kitchen and self contained appartment. Good central location very handy for the station. The welcome pack of milk, corn flakes and juice was appreciated.

Central Bath can be niosy at night. We visited in the summer so needed the windows open. Should not be an issue with windows closed.

The apartment was beautiful. Spotlessly clean with excellent facilities and very well equipped. The location was excellent. Could not have been better really.

The location was great, very close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was as advertised, appearance exactly as shown in the images, full-serviced with nice little welcome pack.

Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The hotel had not been notified of our booking although we had the confirmation letter. No one met us at our room to show us round even though the receptionist told us this would happen. The heaters never came on even though they were turned on at the wall so the apartment was quite cool.

I like the fact that it's not a hotel, it's an apartment. So for a similar price to a hotel you get all the facilities of having your own temporary home right in the centre of Bath.

large rooms, clean and modern. 2 televisions was a luxury

The staff were very friendly and gelpful...but:when we asked for help in the room they suggested we try things ourselves rather than just coming and helping us out. The first problem was with the heater and we were asked to 'tinker with it' then call back. The second problem was we lost hot water and were first told to check the fuse box then told to flick a switch on the boiler.unacceptable
