The idea of having your own place on a city break is great...Instead of being confined to your hotel room...Also saves money on eating in expensive hotels you can bring your own food etc as the fridge and freezer are more than big enough...Great for people who want to explore Bath your right in the centre 1minute walk to the Thereme Spa. Could not fault it. Left to your own devices although reception staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. |

Great location close to the station and the city centre. Don't be put off by the fact the immediate vicinity is slightly shabby. Inside it is amazing ... and just the right amount of provisions provided for arrival and the next morning. Many thanks. It was hard work convincing them that it reasonable to ask for two sets of keys when two or more people are staying. |

I liked the privacy and my own front door entrance. The kitchen facilities were very welcome. The layout gave a homely feeling to the aprtment. The Molton Brown bathroom supplies and tea/coffee set were a good idea. Recption looking after my case for a few hours before departure was a kind service. The bathroom had a musty smell even after spraying perfumed bodt spray it still had a musty smell. The bathroom window would not close. When I turned on the heater in the bedroon there was a burning smell so I turned it off quickly. Having to pay for an hour early check in is a poor service. |

Perfectly situated, very comfortable, wonderful and helpful staff The doors in the apartment cannot be kept open,,,ie - the kitchen and bathroom...would have been nice to circulate some air - rooms are a bit hot and stuffy even with the fan |

Much more space than a hotel plus the flexibility to prepare your own food. Felt like your own flat in a new town! Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The noise from the pub on the opposite side of the street continued to 2am on both nights of the stay! This ment the windows could not be opened saco should therefore consider air con in the bedroom, the fan was not adequate. |

Its position was very central, we had plenty of room and could come and go as we pleased. We would certainly consider using other Saco apartments for future trips as we like the extra space compared to a hotel room. It's a shame there is no on-site parking - but we knew the apartments did not have any and were directed to the nearest which was close by. |

Very central location. Facilities excellent. Room was very hot, admittedly during a recent hot spell. Perhaps a fan could be made available?? Also on Saturday night it was very noisy both from late night revellers and early morning seagulls!! |

The hotel was in a excellent city centre location that was easily accessible. There was safe and cheap parking within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff were polite and friendly and were happy to answer any of our questions that we had during our stay. |

Excellent accommodations! Full-size apartment, with full kitchen, all appliances, including dishwasher and washer and dryer, large bedroom, large bathroom, in very good condition. I was very impressed when I walked in! The apartment is centrally located, within easy walking distance to all places one would want to visit in Bath. At the same time, it is on a quiet street, without much traffic. No |

The reception was covered more than expected which was good, the staff were helpful and knowledgable about the area, the central location was excellent for all the local attractions (e.g. 5 mins to Thermae Bath Spa), the complimentary essential food supplies were a delight! the room smelt of food from previous occupants despite opening windows and deodorising sprays from reception, the towels had to be replaced as they did not look like they had been changed from the previous occupants, the key card did not work on main door to reception area |

The appartment was like a home from home, will definately look to stay in these apartments again over a hotel. The car park was around the corner and not very clear if you could stay overnight, after trying to find another car park (and failing) we went back to reception with our concerns and were told that it is fine to park there and it was a common query. It would have been nice to have this information available when they first informed us of where to park. |

Helpful staff, comfortable and pleasant rooms, easy to come and go when we wanted, able to cook and watch DVDs in room I paid £10 a night more than if I had booked directly through the hotel, and felt a bit cheated by this |

Big room, comfortable, amazing decoration and great facilities. Better than many 4* hotels in many details: Molton Brown products in the bathroom. big towels, nice TV, good options of DVDS, good location..... |
