SACO Bath - St James Parade  

Excellent location, friendly helpfull staff, very comfortable, home from home apartment, clean and well equipt. Would recommend to anyone wanting a city break away from the regime of a hotel. Will deffinatly use again.

Good location, good price for the two bedroom suite (better value than getting two separate rooms).

Bed was a bit soft / worn-out feeling... still slept OK.

Friendly staff. Lovely apartment. Comfy bed. Good iron and hairdryer. Milk, cereal, tea and coffee to start you off. Great location.Just perfect!

Location. Compact apartment that had most things needed for the trip. The strongest point is the reception staff. Nice to have own external front door.

Bad smell of drains in room. Asked for bleach. Was told cleaners would sort it, they didn'T. Was offered a room change but too late to be practical.

I am really satisfy with saco Bath's customer service from the first meet of front officer to the end of checking out. Everything I experienced increase my interest of staying in Bath!

Excellent location, two minutes walk from the Roman Baths. Very helpful and polite staff. Good value for money. Spotless room and extremely comfortable. Excellent facilities in the suit. Very spacious studio appartment, will be booking again shortly!!!

I was very happy with the location. The apartment was very clean and modern.

I felt that booking the apartment back in September was a mistake as it cost £398 for 2 nights and although the apartment was very nice, clean and modern it did not live up to the luxury i had expected. The room prices were advertised recently alot less than i paid and this obviously made me feel unhappy that I seemed to have paid over the odds.

Located next to main shopping area, very easy access to bus station and train station. Very quiet and very clean. Comfortable and good size apartment. Good welcome package with tea, coffee, cereal and a thoughful half litre of milk in the fridge.

Misleading photos on the site. I did not get to see any view as my "superior apartment" was located half underground, with windows just above street level. One does not really expect to go "down one level" from the hotel entrance for such a booking. This is a problem I also had in New York with an on-line booking which makes me wonder how rooms are allocated to clients booking on-line.

The apartment was excellent, the kitchen had everything needed for the stay. I couldn't fault it.

Listening to noisy drunk students every night! The apartment needs double glazing to keep down that noise as it is so close to the campus.
