location clean plenty of room warm
bed could be one size bigger.
The apartments are perfectly located in the centre of the city. Your own front door that leads out to the street, with helpful staff and great recommendations.
- much cheaper than hotel rooms for four of us - handy location - well equipped kitchen - spacious rooms
- nothing really :-)
No daily cleaning service
Was a change from a hotel , cannot rate it enough. From the helpful staff, cleanliness , every single detail. Most definitely recommend .
That it was an apartment. Lots of room and very central.
Location Very helpful and friendly staff, with 24h availability; unusual for services apartment.
Lot of noise in the vicinity at night with late night revellers passing the property ( reflecting downtown location).
Excellent location and really well equipped apartment. Would definitely stay again
Freedom of apartment, not having to get out of room for cleaners early in mornings. I had bronchitis and we didn't manage to eat out in evenings as planned. Was wonderful to drop in at Waitrose and get easy meal and cook. Welcome pack was great. Discount made it good price stay. Heating perfect. Lovely thick towels. Bed not too hard, nor soft!
Nothing! I would have preferred a bath. Perhaps a shelf above the sink, but there was one above toilet. All else was truly good. I was a European marketing director and would have loved that set up instead of so many stuffy faceless hotels! Oh, in this case would have loved comfy sofa at end bed instead of tub chairs, but that's cos we were there each evening, not out as planned!
Excellent location, close to the station
Bedroom small. The bed was domestic, not hotel quality
Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. The washing machine with drying function was wonderful, much needed as we were in the mid of our holiday. The cereal and milk provided for a quick breakfast is so thoughtful.
There is no obvious sign to the entrance. We drove around a few times before locating it as it was night and street was rather dark. There is no mixer at the sinks, at this time of the year, the cold water is freezing and the hot water is scalding.
Location and apartment great..very clean
The bed wasnt great..the noise in morning botg days was terrible..bins been emptied..only reason why we won't stop there again..noise in morning.
very helpful staff. nothing is too much to ask. very friendly. the apartment was in immaculate condition. very comfortable bed.
Location, location, location could not have been better. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was milk in the fridge when we arrived.
Saco is very close to the Southgate shopping area but is surprisingly quiet. We booked three studio rooms for 2 nights but were offered an upgrade on one room. The kitchen facilities are excellent and offer more flexibility than a standard hotel. Reception area is small but staff are extremely helpful.
Parking is very limited at SACO but parking at the Southgate Centre is very convenient so it was not a problem.
The apartments are in a very good central location, we choose these for a birthday weekend away given the previous good reviews. 2 minute walk to the centre of bath Roman Baths, Abbey, the Therma Spa and lots of glorious shops. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the beds very comfy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely welcome pack meant we could have a cuppa when we arrived. Plenty of fluffy towels and great toiletries. Great shower and plenty of hot water.
We stayed in apartment 307, sadly the apartment generally needs an over hall with the exception of the bedroom. The bathroom had dirty grouting and damp marks on ceiling. The kitchen which had lots of equipment was let down by what seemed to be blocked pipes, smelly sink, dishwasher drawer broken which also leaked, luckily we were in the apartment but did not use again. This apartment was very noisy and even with double glazing in the bedroom I struggled to sleep due to traffic noise. I know it's in the city but I would expect to be able to sleep in any hotel/apartment. Cannot imagine the noise if you had the windows open. Comparing this apartment to the pictures on you the website our room just seemed generally run down & the lounge kitchen area not very homely.
Nothing all good
Furniture Heating system Poor supply of hot water Very poor selection of TV channels Very basic kit out.
On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who provided us with all the information and map to assist us with our short stay. The appartment was very clean and in a very good location. We thought the cost of the accomadation was excellent value for money. We had paid for parking and found the car park easily, it was quite small but adequate for our short stay.
Generally all good; Location good. Staff helpful. Nice & Clean.
Parking was poor/inconvenient, but then it's Bath. No hand towel in Kitchen. Assess to waste/recycle bins poor.
The kitchen is well equipped.
The very narrow single bed: lie on your back with your arms straight: your little fingers touch the side of the bed. For the price I expected more bed. I detest misleading information: the place where we stayed is most definitely NOT 200m from the Roman baths. The promised 24 hour front door staff: there is one person on duty, she has to check apartments and who knows what. With a train to catch, we had to wait perhaps 20 minutes to retrieve luggage (no, she did not answer the mobile number we had to phone) They promise something like 'Italian designer furniture'. Not true in the one where we stayed. The adverts call this a 'serviced apartment'. Misleading. It is serviced if you stay more than 5 days. The carpets in the long passages really do not look clean. PLEASE NOTE - they promise 'free cancellation' on Booking.com. This does not mean that you can pay later. Within a day of booking the full amount for your stay goes through on your credit card.
Great location, very clean, my wife loved it.
Great location for all the city centre attractions
Car parking is a short walk away
Felt like a home from home and excellent location wise
Location, security, overall cleanliness and finish of the apartment, facilities
My only complaint would be the hot water, I had two cold showers during my stay as the hot water had ran out and I couldn't wait an hour for the hot water tank to refill. Neither myself or my partner have particularly long showers or use an excessive amount of hot water. This was very disappointing. I paid £340 for a two-night stay, I was not expecting to have to ration hot water. I wouldn't stay here again because of this which is a shame as the apartment was otherwise very good and in a great location.
