The location. The cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had all the facilities that were required. All in all a pleasant hotel ideal for a city break!

We booked a standard double room and were amazed at the standard, I thought we had booked a de luxe room. I was particularly impressed with the staff at reception on arrival, and the concierge who took us up to our room and explained about room service and use of the facilities, was most helpful. Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast at the hotel as we were meeting up with family to have breakfast at another venue. However, we did order sandwiches from the room service, and they were very nicely presented and value for money and came within the half hour they were ordered. The location of the hotel was just right for us, with buses just outside the hotel, and the for the Spittle Field, and flower markets. We will definately stay again.

Located ideally for visitors to the 'high voltage' festival in Victoria park (with bus line 8).

The Hotel was purely a base to visit family and was perfect for us.
