breakfast and room service very good as were the staff rooms very clean and well presented the room was too hot even with the heating off could not make the air conditioning work.....was not made aware that there were bus lane cameras outside the hotel and there was the possibility of getting a ticket while unloading the car i thnk this is very important especially for people who are not used to bus lane cameras |

The service was excellent The Booking.com reservation took some time to come through and my upgrade for breakfast was not carried through and they had to ring down to reception to confirm. |

Quick friendly service, comfortable and very clean room. Personal touch such as complimentary coffee and fruit in the morning. The option of having breakfast or room only suited us better. The hotel is within close proximity to Liverpool Street Station and from there only a few stops to the heart of city and theaters, shops etc. |

Check in very efficient, rooms adjacent as requested. Rooms exceptionally clean. Very good value for money. Usual high intercontinental standards. Would definately stay there again. We requested and were told at check in that one room had a king size bed but the bed was only a double. However as we were only staying one night we did not complain so we do not know if the hotel would have resolved this problem for us. |

The location - close to the restaurants in Shoreditch and close to City. The hotel was wery clean - not all London hotels are... In a typical business hotel like this, a proper internet access should be free. The free internet was useless |

my friend and I both requested that we have rooms next to each other, when we booked. When we checked in we initially had rooms on different rooms. After pointing out our request, we were moved to the same floor but still not next to each other - very disappointing, considering we had both made this request when our booking was made a good few months ago. |

Room very comfortable staff excellent nearness to liverpool st station a bonus as we were travelling on to harwich to join a cruise food very poor. had lunch and dinner and would not reccomend to friends that they eat there. |

Liked the contemporary style of the hotel and the location. Also the views across the city are great from the higher floors Only the map reference on the website. It is not in the correct location according to Google Earth maps and is a bit confusing. We had to ask for directions. |
