Location was excellent. Room was comfortable & well equiped. Quiet even though close to city & restaurants. Paying £3 for parking a car overnight. Guests should have free parking.

Location was perfect for purpose of trip (going to watch match at Old Trafford). Rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. Nice/modern en suite. Cheap parking available for residents. Could have had more toiletries in bathroom (ie. shampoo and body/hand moisturiser).

Was clean Holiday inn emailed to confirm booking and at the special requests section I told them it was a 30th and would like something special in the room only to find that nothing was any different, I told them they hadn't listened to my requests and they bought a bottle of beer to the room but as we are female it was a bit inconsiderate

Location is great and easy to find. Rooms are always very good. Central to shopping and eating out even though i was on a business trip. Breakfast very basic , shame no restuarant as you may not always want to go out to each.

Very nice hotel, was actually quite surprised to find how helpful and friendly every member of staff were in this hotel. Room was perfect, just a bit of a shame about the view of Old Trafford through the window :) Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
