Nice position with good facilities

Not enough staff on the front desk to run both the hotel side and the bar...

Spacious room with sofa, big TV and comfy bed. Really quiet location with lovely waterfront views.

It was ideal for my stay.

The location is Ideal,the Metro Station is minutes away,10 mins into city centre,and there are many restaurants nearby.Old Trafford 10 mins walk.

Location was great as we were only a 20 minute walk from old Trafford stadium for a game. Plenty of restaurants near by and shopping too!

It was close to the tram and the Lowry Theatre, which was the reason for our trip. We were also given a discount card to use at Frankie and Benny's.

It was easy to get to the football at Old Trafford, Taxi to Trafford centre was no problem and to airport, Staff were very helpfull

Proximity to Lowry Theatre and short distance to shopping at Salford Centre

Location was superb, access to Trafford centre and Manchester city centre excellant. Lovelly setting and easy to drive to from all routes.

Cleanliness in breakfast/bar areas could have been better, decor looking a bit tired.

The things i liked were the location for old trafford, lowry museum, war museum and the easy acess to the city centre. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was quite good.

The only thing i can complain about were the cost of drinks at the bar, i thought they were too expensive.

The location was excellent for the trip to old trafford, and shopping at the trafford centre and the lowery centre, the room was comfortable.

Thje staff at reception were excellent with a great balance of friendliness and efficiency. Hotel was in a great location with easy access to the city centre without the noisiness of a city centre hotel.

The only downside was the quality of the bed. Having obviously been mostly used for single occupancy of a double room the bed rolled you into the middle despite which side you tried to sleep on.

Good value for money, quiet, comfortable. Pleased that the room cleaner rushed downstairs with our phone charger which we had left in the wall socket.

Breakfast can be a bit haphazard in terms of availability of items, and buffet area too small for amount of people using it. But not a serious problem overall.
