I e-mailed the manager the morning of our stay to make a room request. The e-mail was responded to promptly and thr request actioned. Despite being busy due to a Take That cocert everything from check in to check out was speedy and efficient. |

Beds really comfy, for the price stay was unbelieveable, staff could not help enough, we bought drinks from cabinet and they gave us two glasses full of ice! Asked for a water view on booking form, did not give us one at first, but them we stated we had asked and there was no problem of changing. The only thing was we had an adjoining door which is great when you go with family or friends, but there were a foreign family in and the noise was terrible, screaming, crying and shouting. Not the hotels fault just ignorant people, this was at 11 PM at night and 7:30 AM in the morning, banging doors and running in and out of rooms!! |

I have booked one twin room and one double bed en suite, when we checked in hotel staff provided both the room twin bed, husband and wife with twin beds. |

The room was modern , presentable and clean. The staff were first-class.The Hotel is right on the edge of the beautiful Salford Quays...lovely for a morning stroll, to the Lowry inlet for shopping, or Lowry Theatre at night. I was woken a few times by noisy guests and I think the air conditioning...sounded like something mechanical. Having said that, friends in other rooms had a good night's sleep. |

we were given a disabled room on the 5th floore this room was only set up for 1 person and had no soap in the dispensers on request we were told they had no soap could not even wash our hands yuck breakfast was absolute pandamonium no cups bread, bowls, cutlery etc |

Esay to find and pleasant location. Modern, clean and comfortable. Quick tram ride into Manchester. The outside seating area could be nicer, table and chairs rather than typical pub benches as it is a nice area to sit and have a drink. |

very good value for money as breakfast was included and also parking. hotel was clean and in a good location thought the hotel was very noisey, could here people talking alot outside the front door and also lots of children running and shouting down the corridors. |

The hotel is in a good quiet position and easily accessible to central Manchester.The complimentary continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. |
