Maintenance needed to be carried out on doors handles taps, shower was hard to adjust to the correct temperature rooms were very cluttered
Friendly and welcoming. Good location. Great breakfast.
The breakfast was superb! The rooms are really comfortable. And the owners are nice.
Private bathroom is not located in the room itself. Bad wifi.
very near Dover port parking inside the compound friendly hosts
private bathroom outside bedroom
Position and friendly host
Constructive feedback would be to tidy the front yard!
Hard bed, lots of pillows, wifi, lovely breakfast and friendly staff, big room and big bathroom (seperate)
No reception on tv, room was cold, bathroom window wouldn't close, house was very cluttered, poorly maintained and there was a feeling that you were staying at someone's house rather than a B and B
It was local
Not as advertised/
Very friendly owners, great breakfast, great decor.
Not much really, but check in could be a little earlier than 6pm.
Very friendly and helpfull owners. Easy to get around. Quiet location .
Quality of food could have been better. House is very full . Covers on chairs in breakfast room need renewing and better pillows would be great
Lovely breakfast and hosts. The location in the centre was good.
Check is at after 6 is far too late. Luckily we went to see a castle previously but it was still a little inconvenient. Our room was the purple one, with a lot of unnecessary clutter on every surface. I appreciate that everyone's taste will never be the same but it felt a little overpowering as a whole. It was clearly a young girls teenage bedroom rather than a guest room in B&B. The wifi didn't work well in that room and the shower was a little bit weak.
Hosts welcoming, breakfast was very good and in pleasant surroundings.
Think: Being put up in sons/daughters bedroom who are away at uni, bit last minute, no preparation and you have it basically. "Lived in" feel, complete with clothes still in wardrobes and drawers, and yes, a dressing gown on the back of the door: handy! Sorry, but there was very little preparation of the room and this was coupled with an out-dated admission only from 6.0pm!
I was walking the North Downs Path so Salisbury House was ideally situated for me. Friendly welcome, good facilities and a great breakfast to see you on your way.
Very Nice house with large orangerie where to have breakfast. Very cosy.
I like everything
Very characterful and charismatic. The owners and the place were charming.
Lots of stairs to the top of the house
Friendly owners and a fantastic breakfast. would deff use again
We stayed at Salisbury House for the night. Thom and his wife were very nice, helpful and friendly. The place has it's own charm. It's a cosy lil comfort nest. Excellent breakfast! :) Would definitely come back.
The homely feel and the love of the theatre. Very much a caring family environment.
They booked the accommodations and then wouldn't do anything! I will protesting the credit card charge on this one. Booking.com did nothing to help. Last time I use them.
The informal atmosphere. It was like staying with family or friends. Tom and Linda are lovely people to stay with and the breakfasts are great.
