Saltcote Place has two 5-Star Gold Awards and is a relaxed, private residence for adults. Its luxurious bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodations is less than a mile from Rye Train Station and high street. The private house has spacious rooms with seating areas, iPod docks and free Wi-Fi. The private bathrooms have luxury fittings and some rooms have double or hydro-massage showers. Many rooms have gorgeous views of the gardens, Camber Sands, or the town, which has cobbled streets and well-preserved buildings from the medieval, Tudor and Georgian periods. Set in a historic country town, Saltcote Place is a 10 minute drive from local beaches, 25 minutes from the center of Hastings and 20 miles from Ashford International Train Station with its Eurostar trains to Paris and beyond. Fantastic hosts- very friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was certainly fit for a king. Location was great both for walking into Rye and for the far reaching views.

Paul and Alan genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay with them. They were friendly, approachable and professional. It is a wonderful home that they wish others who stay there to appreciate it. Part of the charm is the location but it is not easy to find once you have left the main road. An additional small indication sign would assist tied travellers and would be appreciated. This would enhance the first impression.

建物が素晴らしいです。オーナーのポールさんもとても温かいお人柄。 親戚の豪華別荘に遊びにきた感じでプライベートな環境で楽しめます。 アメニティも上質。朝食も美味しいです。素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。 Ｂ＆Ｂですので、チェックインのあとは朝食まで放置でした。ちょっと尋ねたいことがあっても、施設内に誰も- いませんでした。 滞在後にクレジットカードの情報（氏名や番号、セキュリティーコードまで！）を電話で尋ねられとても驚きま- した。セキュリティーが心配だからと言って断ると、とても困っていらっしゃったので、結局答えましたが、は- っきり言ってありえない対応だと思いました。
