Salutation Inn has a parking lot that is large enough to cope with all guests. It features a lounge bar serving lunch and dinner daily, a local bar with pool table, and the newly built Denley’s restaurant for fine dining (currently only open on weekends). Quirky building - with a mixture of styles. Lovely modern breakfast room - but other areas ( the bar / restuarant ) obviously older build. The food served in the resturant was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The room was clean - bed comfy. Plenty of parking spaces. If I had a complaint it is that the room colour scheme was dull.

The staff were friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed the food and the breakfast was excellent. The location was great, very near to the sea and the Preseli mountains. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. We hope to return again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to help. Breakfasts were lovely, and there was a copious supply of hot water. Very comfortable bed. The position of the inn was quite central for the area, although we did find ourselves more drawn to the St. David's area of the coast. Local beach was beautiful, and the town of Fishguard fascinating. The rooms were really quite dated although functional. The North aspect and thin external walls made them feel quite chilly in the evenings and they dropped cold at night. The windows opened onto the car park, and being at ground floor level needed a security fixture so they could be left open a little.

Very pleasant owner/manager and wife. Good English breakfast in sunny high-ceilinged conservatory dining room overlooking garden and river. Cosy bar meals. Rooms fine if perhaps a little lacking in charm. Abundant hot water and CH.

It was central to our plans for tourist type visits. Easy access to the Pembrokshire coastal hiking paths. Very nice staff. Their dinner menus unfortunately had a heavy stress on deep fried foods. The wording on the breakfast menu was cheap; eg: juice or cereal or grapefruit slices. Not friendly.

The propietor was very welcoming and friendly....food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and of a good size. The bathroom could have done with a bit of upgrading but was clean and functional. I would have preferred curtains instead of blinds.

Room was fine but the meals had not enough choice, the specials were the same for about 5 days and one meal was returned when served not defrosted. Service of the rooms fell off as the stay lengthened. Breakfasts were very good and staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Breakfast was outstanding and very filling! Staff accommodated my request to toast my own gluten-free bread as well! Allows pets. The room next to me had 2 dogs that whined and barked when the owners left the room. This woke me up early on Sunday morning when I had a long drive home ahead of me.
