The position & decoration attention to detail
Our stay was made more special by the fact that the room was very glamorous and romantic. We had room 104, but I do think there are some rooms that perhaps need updating. Also a little upset we couldn't have a night cap in the lounge before bed as it was 15 minutes after 10.30 and yet told on arrival that the bar was open till 11pm. We said this is what we were told on arrival and then told yes but it is Sunday and the bar closes at 10.30. It was a special occasion as celebrating two birthdays and wedding anniversary,so a shame they couldn't be a little more accomodating. Would definitely stay there again though.
Could change the time limit on availability for a drink in the evening, as I do feel would be nice to be able to have a night cap in the lounge at 10.45 on Sunday evenings.I felt this was not too late, especially as we were celebrating two birthdays and wedding anniversary.
location, Staff, comfort and feels home.
Charming decor and ambience. Very relaxing and refined environment. Service is extremely friendly and responsive. Excellent location.
Air-con did not work, therefore uncomfortably warm in the room. Some basic essentials are missing from bathrooms. The place is looking a little jaded in the details, and needs to be freshened/brought up to date shortly.
The location is excellent, the room was huge, well furnished & very light as 3 windows that one could open.Very quiet as excelent double glazing & good window draps kept early morning light out.Very good value as we only booked the day before so got a great rate;had booked specifically a twin as was travelling with my son but on arrival was told it was a double however this was swiftly changed to a twin with no fuss.Wonderful view from the terrace. Lovely Molton Brown bathroom products.
The wi-fi is VERY slow & does not always connect. We were on the top floor so after lift it was stairs however the staff took our huge cases up & down;if you have any mobility issues you need to make sure you are on a lower floor. The beds were not the most comfortable I have slept in & I think the linen could do with updating. These are small critisisms & I would stay here again, especially as the room was one of the largest I have stayed in in Chelsea for some time.
Great service, great rooms, great stay!
The very helpful staff members. Lovely gallery room at the back which was very quiet overnight.
Very difficult to read a book in bed. This was because the bed had a canopy (which was very pretty) but the bedside lights were not strong enough .
Lovely cosy boutique hotel with very friendly helpful staffs! Quiet ! Great location just off sloane square !
If you like a busy hotel lobby/bar restaurant , this isn't ! But if you like quiet calm ! Great
Very nice, beautiful and spacious room. Great overall atmosphere in boutique hotel.
ideal and cosy "home away from home".Like staying with friends in a private house.
Es fehlen Q-tips und Wattepads im Bad
Wonderful experience for a 3 day stop over. Lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite was the ultimate touch to a luxury stay. Staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful. Location is just perfect and dining & shopping along King's Road is to die for. Will certainly return next time in London for a holiday.
Great location in the heart of Chelsea. The facility is a beautiful little boutique hotel. The staff were excellent. We especially appreciated the service of Mathew and Emanuel. We could not have had a better place to stay in London, and we have been to the Chelsea area several times. We will return.
Location near Sloane Square and tube; friendly Italian staff; architecture and ambiance; elegant and spacious rooms; added bonus of delightful sunny balcony overlooking neighbourhood.
Good location, beautiful building and room, friendly staff
Beautifully decorated rooms, delicious breakfast, very accommodating and helpful staff.
Very romantic and cosy the staff were great.
Ordered room service it was delivered well and beautifully presented. Upon tasting it was of terrible quality. The food for what it was was extremely expensive.
no parking in this hotel i paid 115 pound penalty charge
From the moment I stepped in the doors and from check out I was looked after. A gem of a hotel in the the middle of Chelsea. My girlfriend and I will definitely be returning very soon...pure joy.
Only complaint which is not a complaint really is the elevator is a bit cramped. I have a problem with tight spaces...
I don't know where to start really. Everything was spot on. Champagne on the roof terrace. Coffee on our balcony. Our room (103) was perfect. So peaceful yet two minutes from Kings Road
The hotel is decorated with the most beautiful colonial pieces curated from around the world with as much love and care as one receives as a guest at this fabulous hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable and one cannot feel but indulged considering the value and space one would not expect in Chelsea. I can't wait to go back! Every member of staff shows a personal interest in you as well as constantly greeting you with a warm and accommodating smile.
Bed was too narrow
Very warm welcome and helpfulness from management and staff.
The hotel staff were very very helpful nothing was to much even down to the presentation of tray of tea. As this was a boutique hotel no sports facilities but who needs them when the staff can not do enough for you . We left the hotel as we got to The station they rang as my friend had left a pair if em earrings how honest just 1 st class . A big thank you
Fab decor comfy room very different friendly and helpful staff
Very stylish - quite old-fashioned but comfortable and romantic. Good location with not bad on-street parking by London standards. Interesting balcony suite with lovely four-poster.
No hot shower water,no aircon,no wine glasses in the room, tiny slow lift, very poor wi-fi connection, very slow breakfast service. No use for business.
