Comfortable bed. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. I prefer a duvet to blankets. Its funny but the lack of tea and coffee making facilities is really annoying.

Location was perfect, staff very nice and polite, reception area very cozy, The room felt much smaller than I was expecting (30m2), our room was worn out, there were cigarette buts on the balcony floor, one cannot enter the building with key but needs to ring the bell every time even during the day

Welcoming; delicious tea and biscuits in room, lovely bathroom, nice and quiet, brilliant location, nice touches in room so felt personal (lavander, grapes, chocs etc) too cold (room 103), couldn't make cup of tea in room first thing (v English)

Comfortable small hotel in fantastic location just off Sloane Square. The receptionist was very unwelcoming. We ordered tea which arrived without milk and not enough hot water.

Friendly nice hotel, Room 604... marble bath stone have broken before we are in the room. Report to stuff but no action been done. Very dangerous. Some of the light bulb is not working.

I generally liked the decor. The staff were obsequious but not interested in their guests. The room service was not the greatest. Some days we only got one set of towels and another day the pillow cases were left on the bench and had not been changed. The state of maintenance is problematic. The plaster near the bathtub was rotting and coming off. There was also a rip in the main curtain. The room could also have been dusted better. The room service breakfast was of marginal quality.

Location, Very Quiet You wouldn't know you were in the middle of the City. There was not anything about the Hotel or staff you couldn't like, would have been nice to be able to make a coffee in the room if you fancied it...

Room was lovely and well decorated. They upgraded us to a suite. good location The shower was not very good it sprayed out over the floor. We were not able to have tea when we arrived back in at 10.30pm and there was not tea making facilities in the room.
