Fab views from the honeymoon suite and a really comfortable room. Pleasant and helpful staff.

room was clean and comfortable, parking good,we were given a seaview room which was much appreciated.

let down by the staff (apart from barman), reception staff made you feel like they could not care less-never once asked if we enjoyed our stay-lady on reception on saturday morning was very surly and gave the impression she did not want to be there, as for breakfast staff- did not offer any options and stayed out of sight so as not to get your attention either-quality of continental breakfast absoulutely awful and lukewarm coffee out of a machine. Generally poor quality food in restaurant also served by staff with hardly any english to understand what we asked of them.Very dated appearance all over hotel and in dire need of updating and staff retraining badly needed.Will not be recommending or returning.

good location, restaurant food was excellent lovely sea views.

hotel room very old fashioned , no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. maids took one of our cups left us with 2 when it was clear their was 3 of us.

we liked the location and the breakfast buffet the next morning, and generally the facilities.

but we found it unacceptable that when we rang to say we were on the way, we were advised the rooms werent ready as theyd had some issues. but even when we checked in later the receptionist who didnt greet us with any warm welcome sent gave us a key to a room that hadnt been reset from the last night. i thought it was very poor when we came back and told her, and she said , 'we've been having a nightmare all day, the housekeeping staff walked out'. surely you hide this stuff from clientele and offer them a refreshment while you sort that out?! it was a shame

We had a lovely seafront room. Very comfortable ,clean and roomy.

Staff were helpful, friendly and the food was good. Had entertainment while we were there, a great evening.

It's not that I didn't like anything but some of the rooms were a bit tired and we could hear upstairs walking around late at night.

Low key efficiency, great view of sea from balcony. 4 poster bed!!! Helpful staff. Good value with 2 grandchildren.

Kitchen needs upgrading. Food is not done as must be. They need a new chef. Presentation of the plate 0, the food was over cooked.

Shower excellent, bed very comfy, good view. Good sized room. Staff friendly.

Cutlery & dishes dirty, a badly cracked cup left in room for use.

A family gathering for a 70th birthday.We all thought everthing was just great. Better than we imagined. the food was excellent, and would deffinatly come again.

Breakfast was a shambles! Very disorganised and rude, although we ordered 6 breakfasts at same time they came out 20mins apart with no explanation or apology.

I was leaving before breakfast time to go boat fishing,the staff at the desk very kindly arranged for a cont, breakfast to be ready for me before i left breakfast lady very polite and helpful

Lovely hotel, only had breakfast but the food was good with a wide variety of choice.

Only thing was the pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable, could feel the springs, ok once we used the duvet as an extra mattress.
