Great location, and a lovely room. Friendly helpful staff

It's a bit noisy - there isn't much traffic, but you hear whatever there is early in the morning

The Location close to Westminster Abbey, The Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace etc plus good transport links. It was also very clean and tidy, the decor was new fresh and modern and the staff were very helpful

Nothing really, it is attached to a pub which I really enjoyed not sure it would be for everyone.

Great place, very well located! Very clean and the staff is really attentive. It was just perfect.

Room exceeded expectations for a London stop over. Excellent service and location. Got back from theatre to find lamps on. Beds prepared and tea and coffee etc refreshed. Bathroom also tidied.

A rubbish bin in bedroom would have been good. Also, 2 toothbrush packages as it was a double room. Otherwise it was just fab

Good location, decor and being part of a lovely pub serving good food. Rooms had a good shower, comfy bed and lift access to all floors. Pepppermints on the pillow and turndown service were a nice touch.

The room was one of the best hotel bedrooms we have stayed in. As a Fuller's pub the food was first class.

I travelled here to run in the Marathon so it was a great location near to the finish. The hotel is also within a short walk of Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and St James' Park. Very convenient for Underground stations.

Rooms quite dark and poor ventilation. Double bed was narrow and uncomfortable.

Lovely, very comfortable room. Very helpful and personable staff. Location convenient for central London. I will happily stay there again.

Great location, lovely atmosphere and nice size rooms.

We advised the receptionist of a few issues on check out and got poor service and barely any response. We had half open bottles of water in the fridge, we received a wake up call at 7am despite saying we didn't want one which woke us up. The flush in the bathroom broke the morning we were leaving and we advised her of this. There was no apology or recognition of what we were saying. The TV wasn't working and we were told yes we know about that, we have engineers coming...however they could have mentioned it on check in!

It was unfortunate I think due to the bank holiday that the hotel ran short of some items on the menu for the evening. The general quality of the food was very good.
