It was quiet, comfortable and, for a London hotel, well priced. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast was plentiful and relaxed. We were attending a function just along the road and the hotel was ideally placed for us. We will stay again. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location with regards to the office and Trafalgar Sq, Westminster etc was excellent. The only comment i have to make is that the steak and ale pie was not a pleasant experience very dry and the meat chewy and fatty - never again and there is lots of choice for eating away from the hotel. |

The Location is perfect! The personal is really friendly! The fire alarm rang at 10:10 two mornings during a couple of seconds, it seemed however to be "normal" according to the hotel receptionist. :-) |

Excellent location with easy access to room. Yes - Charged for the third time for services I did not have. I signed out this time without checking my bill as the receptionist said "Just the room sir" I later found that £16.39p had been added for "Guest food" we did not have any guest food or breakfast. I have not yet had the opportunity of contacting the hotel about this. The overcharging is the only reason I could not recomend this Hotel. |

proximity to central London venues and tube station; easy booking in and checking out; pub downstairs. poor transfer between floors with limited lifts (small). Expensive for a stay over when not using anything else. |
