I like everything with this hotel. VERY clean , nice staff and excellent breakfast. BREAKFAST on a very clean and great pub . We will come back in the spring. The best place we have visit in LOndon. Go and see Billie Elliot . |

The employees (especially Shawn) were friendly and helpful in giving directions, assisting with maps and transportation. The information that we received was accurate. Floor makes creeking sound when walked on. |

The accurate politeness of the receptionist, interesting to have the TV voice in the bathroom, trousers press. I did not find out how to switch off the TV voice in the bathroom. |

Great central location and really friendly and helpful staff. Hotel had just been decorated and was nice and clean. Rooms facing the street would benefit from double/secondary glazing to lessen street noise. |

homely and friendly staff, although the rooms are a bit like Emily Howard's bedroom.... it was a bit pricey for a pub hotel... if I paid 100 to 120 rather than 165, i would have felt i got value for money. |

The convenient location and the surprisingly quiet room. I did not expect it to be quiet in the centre of London. The tube station was very near too and the tube station staff were very helpful. Breakfast was too expensive. |

The staff were friendly and room service good and reasonably proced. The internet booking had not got through to the hotel. Fortunately there was a room free when I arrived. |

The location of the hotel is good close to tube and within walking distance to many attractions Floorboards are very (extreemly ) noisy especially in corridor and bedroom costing sleep, lift is so noisy it is scary. |

Fantastic location- two mins walk from westminister abbey, big ben e.t.c and westminister tube station was at the bottom of the road. The pub attached to the hotel was great for food and very reasonable priced. Would definitley stay at The Sanctuary House Hotel again. Ticked all the boxes for what we wanted for a great sight seeing stay in London!!!!! |

The Continental Breakfast was just ok but the Cooked English Breakfast was just miserable with awful sausage and a portion of beans.... Scrambled eggs must have been powdered and had green stuff all through. |
