no hot water in the shower broken jalousie no cleaning while staying there, no fresh towels puking and singing teens the next door. night was over at 4:30... a campground is better... never again!
Location excellant, friendly check in person
Very expensive for what you got and basic accomodation.
Great value for money for Brighton
Shower did not lock into position and mold on walls
Very good for sights near Expensive rates for this type of hotel bed only
Noisy did not sleep well siingle bed very narrow Terrable view
Ridiculous price for a bad bad hotel
We arrived a little early and were told to come back at 2.30pm. Rooms disgusting. Dirty walls, doors. Couldn't take shower - no hot water! Complained - still no hot water. Could never find anyone to speak with. Awful place!
Generally untidy and dirty toilet. Had to climb over dirty linen and rubbish bags in the hall to get to room.
The sheets where not clean and the towels from the previous occupant where still there. Really hot and damp in the room.
Was allowed to park my car outside for a small price.
Extremely basic for the price. Price put up because of the events in Brighton. Dated room in need of decoration. Nowhere to hang clothes. Shower poor. If I wasn't allowed to park my car on very small forecourt, there is no local parking.
Cant plame the location, excellent for the sights and going out in the evening
The place had a youth hostel feeling and was very basic and poorly maintained
Location and Price. These two play an important role in customer satisfaction, and both were tops.
We checked in after 9pm, and were charged an after-hour booking fee of twenty pounds, which was stated nowhere on our bookings.com statement. Bathrooms were tiny but adequate for the price. Both our rooms had been double-booked, but this was rectified much to our satisfaction.
The location was ideal, close to the seafront and shops near by, staff very friendly and helpful
We had a double room booked, ie a double bed which was just two single beds pushed together, it was a horrible mattress and an uncomfortable nights sleep
Nothing to be honest !
Cots, mattress quality was worst. Wi fi never worked. Drunk people made noise in the night up to 4 AM. It's a cheating, they have charged GBP 180 for a night and gave us a nightmare that can never be forgotten.
In a two night stay we only saw one member of staff once - when we checked in. Public areas could have been cleaner.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in . No parking stunk of damp bedding dirty and the room wasn't even secure .no breakfast for £140 NEVER will I stay there again
Location Towels were OK Ceiling was white
Bed's disgusting and stained mattress's Room smelt unpleasant / dirty Sheets creased with make up on pillows suggesting beds not changed since last occupiers Holes in wall Toilet seat hanging off Toilet cupboard off and unit damaged and in need of replacement Shower curtain brown in stead of white - disgusting Shower head had to be hand held as fitting broke Peeling paint off painted wall tiles! Dusty un-cleaned floor Skirting boards dirty and in need of painting Walls dirty and in need of paint For £125.00 simply shocking!!
It is close to the seafront.
The beds are not comfortable, The room TV eas not working. Small rooms.
Nice big cup for our tea (just the one cup though).
Finding a condom under the bed.
No towels No hot water at 6:30am Room needed a bit of TLC
Location. And that was the ONLY thing in it's favour
Staff not rude but not very personable. Room had broken blinds, broken bathroom cupboard, broken toilet seat, dirty valance on bed, pair of dirty socks left under my bed by previous occupant, plug socket nearly came off wall, no hairdryer, no toiletries, no wardrobe, mouldy shower cubicle, single beds really tiny, ground floor room overlooking car park and road, basement steps right outside window where very loud talking went on right outside our window until 3am, room right next to front door and reception desk, kept awake all night by noise outside window and constant banging of front door and people talking loudly at reception, despite them knowing we had a five year old child with us. No breakfast. We were charged more than agreed price. The stay there was horrible.
It was close to the sea & near the Gay area.
It was more like a Dose House where people who are on Benefits would stay.
Room was not clean. Floor had not been cleaned. Bathroom was not very clean shower was very dirty. The smell in bathroom was really bad.
