The bathroom floor was not clean. I disliked the glass walls and doors in the bedroom and bathroom.

Location was excellent and room size for London was very good
We were fleeced with taxi ride to the airport although the limo was great but not what we requested! Felt a bit ripped off I wouldn't stay again!
Staff and cool hotel
Bar prices were a little high
Location, value and still stylish after all these years.
Well, we were certainly made to feel special from the moment the taxi deposited us at the entrance to The Sanderson. A cavernous reception area greets you encased in marble and dotted with wacky, modern and bright luxury furniture pieces. Upon walking to the check-in desk, we were greeted by a wonderful lady called Paris, who (one's spirit already lifted just by the display of the embodiment of aesthetic perfection in her most glorious décolletage) then, offered us the opportunity to upgrade from our Deluxe King Room to a Loft Suite (one below the Penthouse) for a very small surcharge. We acquiesced to this proposal enthusiastically, and soon found ourselves in an enormous room with a separate lounge area, and bedroom area with the sleigh bed located centrally in the room. A complimentary bottle of white wine on ice was then delivered to our room as directed by Paris. The room facilities were excellent, the Purple Bar (for residents only) was intimate although a little quiet, and the Long Bar was a great place to enjoy a cocktail whilst indulging in the diverting pastime of people-watching - from the raucous office party to the mature gentleman leading a young lady at least 30 years his junior to the lifts, equipped with two glasses of champagne and an anticipatory smirk..... all highly entertaining for the observant bystander. Upon checking out on Sunday afternoon, once again Paris treated us like royalty and we said our reluctant goodbyes. We would recommend strongly.
Nothing of significance - tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been good, but that is all.
Nearly everything except no spa treatment availability. The staff in the restaurant were very but the menu very limited and environments needing upgrading.
It's v disappointing to book a weekend at a room cost of over £600 a night and then find there is no soa treatment availability at all , just because you bookeda few days in advance but specifically wanted a spa property. I called to book treatment a couple of days before to hear that people book up 2/3 weeks in advance.
Loved the quirky relaxed atmosphere.
No hospitality tray in the room. Room service is no substitute for privacy and can be irritating and intrusive.
Very helpful Conceirge
Great rooms, with nice bathrooms, and contemporary design.
- staff - room - gym - location
Being treated like a thief. Because I used a debit card I was made to pay in advance plus 100 GBP deposit. The room was a charmless grey cell, where design conceit is set above comfort. No wardrobe other space in which to place things other than on view. This may suit the showy aspirations of the style obsessed people who are the target demographic here.
Very sensual room, had a very romantic time.
Fantastic and surreal place!
All of it
