Loved this beautiful Hotel, stayed at the Sanderson for my partners birthday and it was perfect. The room was superb, spacious, glamorous and clean!
We wasnt told when breakfast was when checking in or got a reminder.
room service food slow service, unresponsive
The long bar is a cool place to hang out at night, everything feels bespoke and NOT corporate
Just had the best weekend at The Sanderson fantastic room, friendly staff and impeccable service ! I ll be back next month.
I like everything about the Sanderson. The staff were extremely professional and the rooms were beautiful. I stayed there a number of years ago and the renovation of the rooms since made it an exceptional stay.
The room and the bars
Shower door lock broken and the curtain separating the bathroom from the room would not open,
Design , feast for my eyes
Great standards and facilities, much better than Hilton's!
Bit to noisy during nights at weekends....
Loved everything about it, it was modern, clean, spacious, great location, wifi worked well, the bars were busy and had a good atmosphere, I would definitley recommend this hotel!
Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service... Helpful & very professional staff. Very nice rooms ... Feel like the most important customer they have Enjoyed it very mych
A little expensive
Service Bed Bathroom the shower water in room mini bar hospiality staff, all of them
Very cool but so friendly, staff could not do enough. I would defiantly stay again
The size of the rooms and layout
A lot of noise in the morning
Ultra modern decor and the bar came alive at night, great atmosphere, will definately stay there again.
The decor throughout, and the exceptionally beautiful spa
The noise from the courtyard at night (but I was moved so happy after that!).
Food and Bar prices are a bit to high for what they are.
I love the Sanderson it's a most welcoming hotel. Especially I love the transformation from day to evening in the bar and restaurant. The Malay good is superb.
A bit too much noise in the Sarurday night I was there but it was London Pride.
The ambience. The service
Superior Room was quite small. No plug for the wash-hand basin was irritating for a person who wet shaves
a bit noisey
Great staff and greeting at the door and front desk. The location was fantastic. Was upgraded to a suite. Nice bed and interesting decoration. Good mini-bar
We were in Suite 222: Lot's of noise from the street and from neighboring room; I was woken up at 4 am by the noise in the room next door and at 7 am by the traffic on the street. Nothing to produce music (ipod doc or other). Not fresh orange juice for breakfast. Overall very expensive for what you get
This hotel is Uber stylish and the staff can not help enough. The bar is excellent and the in room facilities and extras are also excellent. My favourite hotel In London
The fire alarm woke us up on our only lie in this year and no one came to tell us it was a false alarm and this happens often. We found out outside. Stood outside half dressed in a panic was not what I had in mind for that morning but hey ho maybe I'm not meant to have a lie in.
The staff were very polite helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The food was also excellent
The price for everything seemed a little inflated.
