One child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Bar Meals are available all day until 22:00, and act as a substitute for an evening meal. There is a selection of hot meals available, served either in the dining room or in the bar. Also, there is a selection of lighter bites and sandwiches. Please inform staff of any allergies you might have, as some of our foods may contain nuts etc.
The whole hotel has been redecorated this year, making Sandford Promenade a clean, modern guest accommodation
Any damage, either intentional or unintentional, unless reported to the hotel management immediately, will be charged in full to the card used to make the booking.
Unfortunately, single rooms are restricted to midweek reservations only, due to that all singles are actually small double rooms and are let in advance as double rooms at weekends.

All staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Made our short stay very relaxing and ideal Only comment would be the room size was small. We did know it would be compact in fairness but a little larger would have been appreciated. |

I was extremly unhappy with hotel not what i expected i am a manager of a budget hotel chain and decided to stay in a 3 star thinking it would be more comforting, however i would choose a budget hotel over this hotel, parking facilities shocking,the hotels decor is stuck in the 80s, "so is most of blackpool" not many lights working in what they call a family room and lots of hidden dust!!! awoke with a painful back and sholders bed extremly uncomfortable towels supplied where big enough to to dry your face thats about all!!! wifi did not cover the whole building as signal was not strong enough in the back room i was in so had no internet acess. the only good thing i have to say is breakfast and bar and service was surprisingly pleasent :). |

Very clean; friendly reception from the lady of the house TV reception poor. On leaving I asked for an invoice which i need for my employer. The man of the house said i had already had one from Booking. I pointed out that they only send a booking confirmation, i would have to get the invoice from him. He became very abusive and hostile, said i did not know what i was talking about, he had been in the hotel trade for 30 years and would not have me telling him his business. I only wanted an invoice!! Too much to ask for? Apparently yes. I won't stay here again. |
