The owners are very friendly and helpful and cheerfully answer any questions you may have. Martin was nice enough to drive us up to Dover Castle to save us the climb knowing we'd be walking all day. The breakfast has amazing variety of cold meats, cheese, fresh berries, cereals etc. plus a traditional English breakfast if you want!! Way above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Dover.

The owners were incredibly helpful. I had a few challenges and arrived frazzled, but they helped with my bags, and helped solve my challenges. Great breakfast. Lovely tea/coffee and cookies in room

I travel with a dog and B & Bs are difficult for easy outside access. No elevator for luggage - not expected, but just easier for me since I travel with a big dog and luggage.

The owner was very friendly and provided above and beyond assistance to us during our stay. The room was very well appointed and the room was beautiful. Home made biscuits provided with the tea and coffee made a lovely home touch. We would definitely go back and were quite sad that we didn't stay longer.

Good location. Nice room. The owner is very kind and friendly.

We expected a newer bathroom. Also, there is a shared kitchen. It is not very clean. We apreciated our stay at Sandown, but definitively some work on the cleanliness of the kitchen should be done...
