Good location. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent.
Pleasant staff, greeted well at reception. Good breakfast, clean surroundings.
Very helpful and friendly staff!
Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Garded my luggage even after check-out. Nice and clean room with a good bed. Breakfast is ok. Very good location, good restaurants in the neighbourhood, university, museum and park just around the corner.
Decent price, and very handy for the event we were attending in Kelvingrove Park. The staff at breakfast in particular were very friendly.
On arrival the room smelt heavily of smoke. Even with the window open it never really dissipated. The room was too warm for my liking, and combined with the busy road outside meant I struggled to sleep.
Reasonably close to the city center, newly renovated.
Sometimes wi-fi did not work well.
not far from secc and sse hydro, good location as tesco and sainsbury around corner. staff were friendly especially the breakfast waiter he was the nicest out of them all
Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, value for money
Only negative a bit noisy with passing traffic
Breakfast and staff friendliness was good.
We probably got the worse moldy room in the basement of the hotel.
good value comfortable very clean
Family rooms sleep 4 spaciously
Location was excellent for access to the West End, just around the corner from many bars/ restaurants on Argyle St
very clean accommodation comfortable friendly service very good breakfast
Did not like looking out of the back of building.
everything comfort food and location.
Small and personal. Great location, and a lovely building. Friendly helpful managers and staff.
Very friendly and helpful owners and staff Great location to access local restaurants/bars-miles better than city centre ones.
Bed was a bit lumpy. Bathroom was incredibly tight
My son mentioned that he loved bacon rolls and the manager heard him and had two beautifully fresh rolls with lots of bacon ready for him at breakfast. Outstanding customer service.
Towels could be a bit bigger but beautifully clean.
We were booked for a show at the Hydro and we found this was within walking distance for us which was excellent
Nothing was in oue dislike view
Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.
Good location and good quality for visiting Glasgow.
Large rooms & comfortable bed. Triple room with three 'real' beds. Nice location near park and 20 minute walk to the centre of town.
Although the rooms have a 'luxurious quality' the breakfast is simple. Cooked breakfast with toast is OK but we missed fresh bread rolls or croissants.
We had a lovely stay; the situation was perfect for us and the hotel very comfortable. We would stay there again.
No complaints at all.
proximity to kelvingrove park
breakfast finished too early so much so we missed it
Cleanliness and helpful staff
There was a used mattress on the corridor
