Very friendly and helpful owners and staff Great location to access local restaurants/bars-miles better than city centre ones.

Bed was a bit lumpy. Bathroom was incredibly tight

Large rooms & comfortable bed. Triple room with three 'real' beds. Nice location near park and 20 minute walk to the centre of town.

Although the rooms have a 'luxurious quality' the breakfast is simple. Cooked breakfast with toast is OK but we missed fresh bread rolls or croissants.

Large, clean, well presented room with nice bright refurbished en-suite. Friendly attentive management/staff Nothing was too much trouble, at breakfast my 9 year old son asked if he could have a bacon roll and was told that there were unfortunately there were no rolls, at that point, seeing that my Son was slightly disappointed the gentleman who was taking our order who I think may also have been the proprietor offered to go out and get him a roll from a nearby store - Now that is exceptional service and I would like to thank the gentleman for this outstanding act of kindness and customer service.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I'd advised we'd be there early and they had the room made up early for our arrival, which was unexpected and appreciated.

We were woken both nights by traffic and drunks, as the windows did not keep any noise out. The double bed was broken on one side. And the location was not as close to Ibrox as we were lead to believe. VERY pricey.

Pleasant personal service. Clean, comfortable, quiet double room. Good breakfast. Proximity to Kelvingrove Park and Museum.

No bath! But that is personal choice, and is available in other rooms.

Very clean, well decorated. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again but not during busy periods or special events.

Prices were pushed up I believe due to the Commonwealth Games. Room not quite warm enough,

    The accommodation was really clean.

The inflated price due to the Commonwealth Games. Also it was impossible to get to Sandyford Lodge due to the Marathon, but that was no fault of the owners, but very frustrating for me!!!!!!

Relieved that room was comfortable and clean, given previous reviews.

We had two rooms - front one was light but noisy, had to keep blinds drawn so that pedestrians couldn't look in. Other room was quiet but dark and dungeon like. Rooms poorly equipped for extras - more expected for the price. Woken at 3.30am by other residents (very loud hens party stayed 2 nights). Cooked breakfasts average.
