Sapphire House Vizion  

The keys were not available until after 10pm. The heating was unavailabe until the morning of departure. There was no hot water until the morning of departure and the water pressure was so low the shower did not function. As a overnight stop over the apartment was not fit for purpose. Next time we visit we'll stay at the Holiday Inn...where we'll be warm and be able to wash!!

Its location was excellent. The owner, Mark, was hands on to make our stay as comfy as possible. The apartment was excellent.

Pls make sure that the manual for the washing machine is available for the guests. Had trouble using it. Used the washer and the dryer function but after a few hours in it, our clothes were still wet. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Loved it ! I had a few problems getting hold of the check in staff but they were there when I turned up. The apartment was spotless and really nice. Planning to book again in December.

It was a beautiful 2 Bedroom apartment filled with all the comforts of home including washer/dryer. Staff was amazingly helpful & patient.

We were a young aged group going to a dance festival at the Bowl! I emailed before the trip approx 5 times (I do like to plan ahead!) To ask for earlier check in and late check out, and they managed to meet my needs for us to meet the start of the event, very polite and friendly owners! Easy to find using sat nav, and walking distance to the Bowl! Secured parking space, met in the conceirge on time, very friendly, showed us to and around the apartment, new appliances, modern and stylish, very clean and roomy, balcony with chairs, large fridge (for our drinks!) en-suite (very useful having 2 showers!) very impressed and felt like home!!! Payment taken smoothly, will definitely use these again if we visit the Bowl. Thank you for making my trip so pleasantly organised and apartment was fantastic !!! :-)

Everything was excellent!!!

Collection of keys was very straight forward and we were given a friendly welcome. The apartment was spotless and the beds comfy. The only downside was that the flat was quite warm but having lived in a similar apartment block before I think that is pretty common.

I thought Sapphire House was great value for money. The apartment was a lot bigger than we expected. Great location in Milton Keynes, We actually wished we were there for longer than one night. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

quality service

So many serviced apartments can appear slightly 'tired' due to the nature of being so heavily used by different people. This apartment was in very good condition, clean, and with excellent bathrooms (Grohe showers always a bonus in my book!).

The mattress on both beds was terrible. By terrible I mean so soft and springy they resembled a trampoline, and we coud also feels the springs within. So much so that the first of four nights was possibly the worst night's sleep we've ever had. However, following a chat with the managers the following morning, the mattress was exchanged that same evening for something much more comfortable. I was impressed with this, and as a result would certainly book with them again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. It is in a great position for central mk with free car parking and wi fi. When staying in an apartment it is the contact with the owners/staff that makes all the difference, Georgia and Mark were welcoming and genuinely open to feedback, will be staying there again without a doubt.

Having to meet a strange man on a corner of a road to be able to gain access to the property

Very modern, rather quiet

We stayed in Ruby House Vizion, Not Sapphire House.... The water was chlored, which was very bad for our skin! The washing machine was musty, I had to clean it first. The dishwasher had no salt. There should also be some kind of short manuel for washing/drying.
