Although advertised as a hotel, this is not a hotel but apartments. Hard to find, at the back of an office building parking lot, appalling check in times, very rude staff.
Great location, close to marble arch
The staff were incredibly rude on both occasions that we came into contact, they had a poor grasp of English and muttered rudely under their breath at all questions. The room was very simple and bathroom old. There is no easy way to communicate with staff at any time and both times when I called they were blunt, rude and unhelpful. These are small rooms with absolutely no facilities and should not be called apartments. Would not recommend!
the location is totally handy and there plenty pubs and caffes just down the mews!!

Late check-in fee notice, amounting to 25 pounds, is given only on the day of arrival. No VAT receipts, either for room rates or for extra charges, are available even on demand. There was never any cleaning service during the entire duration of the stay. Location is well inside a parking lot near Marble Arch, taking a lot of efforts to identify.
Expensive for what you get... Suppose that is London prices!
Very comfortable and so close to Marble Arch as we were going to Wimbledon and we could catch the bus there.
No coffee or tea making facilities. Was dying for a cuppa when we got up. ( Had to go to Wetherspoons which is just round the corner.) Also they dont come in each day to make bed and could have done with a change of small towell.
Very handy to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Great little pub right next door with friendly kiwi landlord and laundrette just across the road.
Not being able to make a cup of tea in the morning
This was good for shopping and restaurants. Not far to walk to Hyde Park and Oxford street.. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the apartment was clean. Staff were helpful.
Just felt the apartment could have done with a bit of updating and there was a broken tile in the kitchen and the freezer could have done with defrosting. but It would not put us off staying their again.
Flexibility of staff
It was hard to get to the location on the first time. Should be said "behind Bilton Tower parking".

We had to meet a man out in the street and taken to what is essentially a room in a flat! We were told we couldn't leave in the morning til 10.30-11! When we said we would be getting up and going out early because there wasn't even somewhere to make a cup of tea, he wasn't pleased but told us to leave the keys in the room and not to wake the people downstairs. Weird setup and the info for the 'hotel' is not clear on the booking.com site.

There is a kitchen, but there is no place for us to eat.
Couldn't access the accommodation. Nobody answered the phone for ages so we were stuck in the street with no way of getting in. Staff member was rude when he finally appeared. Bathroom was filthy and kitchen not much better. For £225 a night expected MUCH better. Will never return or suggest anyone else does. Vile

I had problems with my mobile so I had to find telephone as there wasn't any in the apartment
Good location, near to the tube station, restaurant & shopping area. Comfortable apartment with attached bathrooms & good for family with kids/6 people, all of us were very satisfied! The staff was also very helpful & kind.
Initially when we arrived, the key was not available at the location that we were supposed to collect, after the phone call, the staff came over to bring the keys and showed us to the apartment. Wifi charges, should be free to make this apartment more value for money.

bathroom across the hallway, required three keys and a security code to utilise room (into building, into hallway, into toilet, into bedroom), just behind and above a pub so there was some street noise into the night
- the location is the only great thing: very central, right next to Hyde park near the Marble Arch, within walking distance of Oxford Street
-the room looked nothing like what was on the photos. -it wasn't a hotel; it was a room in what seems to be an apartment or a flat with a shared kitchen -the hot water didn't work twice and maintenance had to be called. -very loose and poor locks on the door to the room (anybody could have given it a little push and open the door without a key -we came before check -in time so we called to have somebody store our luggage: a random guy met us in the street to take the luggage to some unknown location -no reception area (the staff meets you in the street)
That you have to fill out forms about the "hotel" while the staff is watching. And that you have to take alot of phonecalls just to get in contact With the staff.
Location was good and the room was a good size.
No hot water on second morning and lack of flexibility over leaving bags in storage for the day. Issue was resolved satisfactorily in the end.
1. There was no hot water for 2 days out of 3! 2. There is no front desk. 3. There was no telephone in my room. 4. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom.
