Wi-Fi very good. Location very good close to 2 underground stations. Staff friendly and willing to help. Bed comfy and clean.
Breakfast very very basic...and lean. Wooden floors: you could hear everything move.
Very close to tube
the location was absolutely brilliant!.. the facilities and the room were excellent which basically met my expectations.. there was a free wi-fi as well.. coming back once again...
the breakfast time was a bit late on my opinion.. and variety of menus could be better..
rooms are nice and clean
It was centrally situated, close to subway which made it very convenient to get to all the sights. It was in a clean and neat area of the city, in a very pretty street. The hotel was very comfortable and good value for the money.
If there was a negative it was that there wasn't a hot breakfast.
Clean room, good bed, quiet, close to tube, enought breakfast, wi-fi in rooms
Charge for luggage store (2 Pounds each)
the room was renovated and clean
the breakfast was poor, the water of the shower wasn't hot in the toproom, the wifi didn't work, other guests complained about the tv
When guests complaints, it must be solved while guests stay at hotel. The manager ignored to speak to myself when the receptionist was talking to him on the phone about complaints. Although other staff attended friendly, the manager could not make any decision to the request from the complaining guests which was unprofessional manner. When major matter happens, he will again ignore and not make any decision.
The room was modern and clean with a very small bathroom but it was good enough if you want a cheap stay in London and the bed was comfy. The location was also good near earls court tube station. I would recommend for this reasons.
The receptionist was not particularly welcoming but okay. However in the morning we came down for breakfast only to be told there was no room and to come down a bit later. We waited another 15 minutes and still no room for us to eat we had to leave at 9am and it was 5 to when there was finally space for us so we had to go without breakfast. When I handed the key in the receptionist again did not apologise just said thanks and took the key. The breakfast room needs a major rethink in the hotel and some more friendly staff need to be employed. It may be cheap but smiling costs nothing!
the cleanliness is good, wifi is ok. The old lady responsible for breakfast is really nice.
The space is too small. Our room is underground, so the ventilation is poor. The most important point is noisy. we got insomnia the whole night because the footstep noise from the ground floor is lasting from night to morning. Disappointed .
The room was tiny for 4 people, but the breakfast was bizarre, and limited. We had to wait for a (friendly, to be fair) staff member to clear a table used by someone else before us. We watched while he took away some things but left other things such as the cereal bowls with cereal still in them. They fill your bowl with cereal before you sit down. Then any "untouched" bowls of cereal are left as is for the next people! Also, he didn't wipe the table and left it filthy and covered in crumbs. Then he laid out fresh crockery, holding it with his fingers inside the cups we were supposed to drink from. We didn't. The lift was out of order and was being used for storage.
Smelled of paint. Bed uncomfortable. Curtains didn't reach bottom of windows.
1 minute to the underground. New renovated. Breakfast not that good - but it is free!! Enjoyed our time there
The location was great very good transport links and near to Kensington etc. the man who checked my daughter in was very helpful.
A little concerned that all table placings were set with cornflakes already in bowls although no one was sitting to eat. A very disturbing smell of B.O. woke my daughter up and lingered for the rest of the night. The lady in charge of breakfast was surly and had hygiene issues!
We got a newly renovated room. So glad to find this little place.
Room was clean and the hotel is 30 seconds away from the tube station.
We could clearly hear the conversations of other guests while we were in the room.
The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for the event at Earls Court
The en suite was VERY small - you literally had to take care even to turn round!
The bed was super comfy and it was very close to the station.
The location is very near to the underground station.
The room is too small which no space to put your luggage.
Good location, close to two metro stations. They just finished renovating the rooms and everything looks great.
It wasn't really a problem for us, but the elevator wasn't working.
Bedroom was very clean and newly decorated
Waited for quite awhile to check in, note was left to say will be back in 10mins, I waited at least 30 mins, which made late to the threatre, breakfast was limited.
Saeed went out if his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He brought us fresh fruit all week as the breakfast was not to our liking, and upgraded our room to a quieter and bigger room At no extra cost. When I asked for clean towels, extension cord or iron he was more than happy to help and was very welcoming. Rooms were newly renovated and clean. Some staff were really nice. Great location central to good food, supermarkets and train/tube/bus
Rooms under ground floor reception was very noisy especially early in the morning. The fan in bathroom was automatic and very loud and did not turn off as set on a timer. The bathrooms are extremely small, my boyfriend who is 6ft 2 could not sit on the toilet without being sideways. No key to front door of building so you have to ring a bell and when we needed to get in after being out for dinner no one was at reception and we waited 30 mins and watched the staff walk down the street with groceries for the morning breakfast. Even though reception was 24hr. Had to ask cleaning lady to not service room unless I asked as she would just open door with her key without knocking first. Defiantly not somewhere I would recommend for a long term stay any over than three nights.
The hotel is near Piccadilly, District and Circle line which is very convenient.
Some of the staff were very unhelpful and condescending when approached about wi-fi not functioning.
Close to Earls Court and West Brompton metro stations. Clean, small room and really small bathroom.
The room was brand new. The matress was really comfortable. The receptionists were all very nice and willing to make us happy. Maybe the breakfast wasn't the best, but it was enough. We would recommend it and come back again.
