Everything was good, if not very good, courteous, helpful staff, I think maybe a menu, for the breakfast and more choice ,could be improved on, but would probably stay there, next time I'm over there.
Had to change rooms, slightly inconvinient and the shower wasn't as good, could upgrade the shower nozzle in room 2, more advice, than a problem.
The location very close to Underground is great
Walls are very thin and subsequently there is a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms
the staff is cooperative
the rooms are very small not enough for people movement and also the bathrooms are so small too also the breakfast is not good
Good size rooms and decent bathroom. Very comfortable beds and clean sheets.
Very small lift. Breakfast finishes quite early 9AM.
Quiet room, comfortable good bed, functioning bathroom, daily cleaning, new towels every day, helpful and friendly staff. 24 hours service at the reception desk. I was satisfied having stayed there.
Breakfast was continental (toast, cornflakes, yoghurt with sugar, butter) I suggest to have apples, for those guests, who don't eat carbobohydrates and sugar like myself.
Having read the negative reviews before visiting this hotel, i was skeptical but still travel with a open mind. Upon my arrival into my room, I was astonish and surprise and very please with the space, layout and smooth comfort of the two full size beds. It was very different from what I read a few hours previously. Staff was very friendly and alert but most importantly was aware of their roles. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who are seeking a excellent hotel to stay at on a medium budget.
I wouldn't fault the breakfast too much except to say that a little more variety will help.
Just 5 minutes walk from earls court but in a quiet side street.
I think we had the last room available as it was a busy weekend in London. We were in the basement under the reception/breakfast room so it was very noisy with chairs scraping and suitcases rolling around. It was expensive (£150) for such a pokey room - but London was full so I assume it would be a lot cheaper normally.
Very small room (not that much guys)
If I came back to London I'd stay at that hotel again.
Good location one road from Earls Court Station
I was charged twice once on booking via credit card which the receptionist did not believe and i had no proof so paid again which i have been assured will be refunded.Very small room.Toilet seat very wobbly, shower ran out of water in the morning, Breakfast was a joke-not enogh tables for guests so we queued-then given tesco cornflakes, cold toast and tesco yoghurts. But an experience that will be laughed about for some time.
Clean and a comfortable bed. Excellent location in Earl's Court
Terrible shower on the third floor
Location is great, very close to the tube station, clean, comfortable bed and good shower. A good value for the money, despite of the noise.
Wooden floors makes much noise. They have installed carpets but not on reception's floor. We've stayed in a room in the basement, exactly under the reception and breakfast room, so it was noise since very early untill late night. (6 AM you can hear the steps from people prepairing breakfast). It's a shame, because unless this aspect it's a very nice place to stay.
The room was clean, wi-fi worked perfectly, staff were very kind and helpful, Tesco+pubs+underground are just around the corner
Thу room is small, strange shower switch and window, same breakfast every day
Being positioned between two metro stations makes really easy to reach important tourist attractions. It is newly decorated, clean, the beds are comfortable and the wifi mostly works. The breakfast is small but fine, the manager and the staff are helpful and polite. We had a problem with our shower, and we were given a new room, close to our friends. All in all, good for the price.
The rooms are a bit small, the shower room and the toilet are very small, BUT they are very clean. Being on the third floor takes a lot of steps...
I had a room in the basement. Everything was clean and nice, beds are really comfortable, bathrooms are simple and very small but clean. For breakfast there are cereals, toasts, yoghurt and jam. Towels and soap is available. Really close to the underground station. TV is nice.
WiFi isn't working everywhere perfectly, but when it does it's fast enough for a mobile or tablet. Walls are thin - you can hear absolutely everything and everybody in the near by rooms.
Great location Very good staff Excellent prize
Sometimes the internet did not work well in our room
Location Clean Comfortable bed Good price
Lots of places near for eating and very close to Earls Court.
Very easy to find, just two steps from tube. Great location, good for going our in the evening.
nothing, everything was fine
The staff were very friendly & helpful, the location & price was great.....
I really appreciated the proximity to the underground. The district is very quiet during the day and in the evening as well.
Cheap clean and good location, perfect as a one night stop over to sleep while at work.
1. Bed was good to sleep on comfortable.
1. Lift not working during our stay. 2. No water available morning for shower.
